The School of Scientific Leadership of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs continues its work under martial law with the use of up-to-date forms of communication. As part of the optional classes, a constituent meeting of the participants of the School of Scientific Leadership was held under the chairmanship of the Vice-Rector of the University, Doctor of Law, Professor, Honored Lawyer of Ukraine, Police Colonel Oleksandr Muzychuk.
At a joint meeting, the rectors of departmental universities and representatives of the Ministry of Internal Affairs system reviewed measures to implement the Concept of Military and Patriotic Education in the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine and ways to implement it. The participants were also presented with a video about the assault units of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, including the state of formation of the "Liut" brigade.
The readings were held at all locations of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs. The event was opened by the Vice-Rector of the University Anatolii Klochko, who noted that the great Kobzar became a symbol of freedom, justice and endurance for every citizen of Ukraine, a symbol of the Ukrainian national movement and revival.
The recruitment and training of fighters for the Offensive Guard assault brigades, which will perform various tasks, including assault, clearing and liberation of territories from Russian occupiers, continues. One of them is the "Rage", a newly formed paramilitary police unit. Many cadets and university students are signing up to join the assault brigade to turn their rage into weapon.
The team of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs has developed a chatbot called CyberVarta to counteract the illegal actions of destructive youth movements (PMC Redan, Ofniki, Anti-Redan). The bot will also help to counteract illegal activities on the Internet related to the illegal sale of counterfeit documents and money; trade in weapons, ammunition, explosives, etc.
A new youth movement of the Redan PMC has been detected in Ukraine. In Kyiv, Kharkiv, Lviv, Zhytomyr and Ivano-Frankivsk, teenagers who consider themselves part of the Russian subculture of the Redan PMC gathered for mass fights. In two days, about 30 youth gatherings took place in different regions of Ukraine, with more than 700 people invited, most of them minors. Such events caused concern in Ukrainian society and prompted the police to take active action.
