A graduate of the Faculty No. 6 of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs Yaroslav Mykhailov (born in 1997) was killed in the line of duty, defending Ukraine from the Russian aggressor near the city of Bakhmut. He served as a member of the Joint Assault Brigade of the National Police of Ukraine "Liut".

The cadets and officers of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs continue to prepare for service under martial law. They practiced the tactics of police officers in case of sudden fire contact, in particular when traveling in a police car.

Representatives of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs replenished the stocks of Vinnytsia Regional Blood Transfusion Station. The cadets donated blood and its components to save servicemen and civilians.

Representatives of the regional branch of the Ukrainian Red Cross Society in Vinnytsia region conducted an additional training session on first aid for the permanent and variable staff of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs.

The Center for Academic Writing of Sumy Branch of KhNUIA held a scientific and practical seminar for students and cadets on the topic "The use of digital resources in the preparation of scientific research in compliance with the principles of academic integrity".

Nataliia Hridina, a lecturer at the Department of Police Activity and Public Administration of the Faculty № 3, conducted a binary lesson on "Organization of the Service of District Police Officers" in the discipline "Police Activity" for cadets of the Faculty № 2 with the participation of Anatolii Klymiuk, an inspector of the Domestic Violence Sector of the Prevention Department of Ivano-Frankivsk District Police Department of the National Police in Ivano-Frankivsk Oblast.

The 2nd year cadets of the Faculty No. 4 together with the curator of the group, senior lecturer of the Department of Foreign Languages Tetiana Kalchenko visited the university's scientific library. The head of the book storage department Olha Lazareva and librarian Zhanna Lazorenko told about the procedure for using library resources

Associate Professor of the Department of Humanities of Sumy Branch of KhNUIA Tetiana Bilous successfully completed the training program "Prevention of Sexual Exploitation and Abuse (PSEA) - Multilingualism (2021)", which was held with the assistance of UNFPA, UN Women, UNICEF, UNDP and UNHCR
