On the occasion of the Day of Defenders of Ukraine, Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs held a pistol shooting competition for the championship among employees of the Faculties №№ 1-4 who have special police ranks.

Olha Medvedieva, Associate Professor of the Department of Pedagogy and Psychology of the Faculty № 3, together with Vitalii Kavkal, Head of the Human Rights Sector of Kamianets-Podilskyi District Department of the National Police in Khmelnytskyi Region, started a series of binary classes for 2nd year cadets of Faculty № 1 of KhNUIA within the discipline "Professional and Psychological Training of Police Officers".

The cadets of the Faculties No. 1 and No. 4 with the assistance of the Department of Social and Humanitarian Work of KhNUIA attended a song concert of the Ukrainian author's song "In the Song of the People - My Destiny". It is part of a series of events dedicated to the European Heritage Days. The concert program featured original songs by local composers and poets, as well as dance compositions.

The event was attended by the Dean of Faculty No. 1 Vitalii Romaniuk, the Dean of Faculty No. 4 Mykola Marchuk, academic staff, cadets and representatives of the cadet and student self-government of the faculties.
The participants discussed the priority areas of the legal clinic's work for the 2023-2024 academic year, the algorithm of actions of the supervising teachers and cadets-consultants during their duty at the legal clinic.

Deans of Faculties 1 and 4 Vitalii Romaniuk and Mykola Marchuk and the head of the Driving School for Persons with Disabilities of KhNUIA Oleksandr Marunchak held a working meeting with the rector of Kamianets-Podilskyi State Institute of Higher Education Marian Tripak.

Kyrylo Cherevko, Professor of the Department of Criminal Law and Criminology of Faculty No. 1, held an introductory meeting with the curatorial training group 401 of Faculty No. 1. During the meeting, the participants discussed plans for the 2023-2024 academic year, the organization of cadets' leisure time, living conditions, etc.

Alina Piddubna, Associate Professor of the Department of Criminal Procedure and Organization of Pre-trial Investigation of Faculty No. 1, and Kostiantyn Kryzhanivskyi, Special Police Investigator of Kamianets-Podilskyi Department of the Main Directorate of the National Police in Khmelnytskyi Region, conducted a binary class on "Evidence and Proof in Criminal Proceedings" for one of the groups of Faculty No. 1 on the topic "Sources of Evidence in Criminal Proceedings."

In order to implement the Mayors for Economic Growth program funded by the European Union (EU), a business training "Grant Projects and Business Projects: From Idea to Implementation" was held. The event was attended by cadets from Faculties 1 and 4, Deputy Dean of Faculty 4 Yurii Onyshchenko, Professor of the Department of Cybercrime Svitlana Luchyk, and Associate Professor of the Department of Foreign Languages Oleh Honcharuk.

In Kamianets-Podilskyi, Khmelnytskyi region kickboxing championship WAKO among youth sports schools and sports clubs dedicated to the memory of the defender of Ukraine Serhii Podolian was held, in which cadets of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs took part.

The academic staff of the Department of Criminal Procedure and Organization of Pre-trial Investigation of Faculty No. 1, Hennadii Hlobenko, Alina Piddubna, Oleksii Salmanov, Iryna Nechaieva and Kateryna Horbunova, met with the curators of the study groups of Faculty No. 1.
