Representatives of the cadet and student self-government of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs took part in the training within the framework of the student self-government development workshop "aGAIN 3.0". This is not the first time that the project has been implemented at the university with the support of UNDP in Ukraine and with the financial assistance of the Government of Denmark.

Senior lecturer of the Department of Criminalistics and Forensic Science of the ERI No. 1 Kateryna PENZIEVA talked with high school students of Kamianets-Podilskyi Lyceum No. 9 named after A. M. Troian. The representative of KhNUIA acquainted the lyceum students with the structure of the university, the Educational and Research Institutes and specialties.

Curator of study group of the ERI No. 1 Konstiantyn MELNYK held an informative and educational online discussion dedicated to a responsible attitude towards legality, compliance with traffic rules and effective preparation for exams.

At the Educational and Research Institute No. 1 of KhNUIA, special attention is paid to the comprehensive development of cadets, combining scientific activities, academic integrity and physical training. The results of this work confirmed the achievements of cadets in scientific competitions and all-Ukrainian sports competitions.

The All-Ukrainian kickboxing tournament WAKO "VIZARD" was held in Kyiv, in which cadets of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs took part. According to the results of the competition, they won prizes in the age category "adults".

On this topic, employees of the Department of Social and Humanitarian Work held information and educational hours for cadets and students of the Educational and Research Institutes No. 1-5, Sumy branch and Kremenchuk flight college of KhNUIA on the Day of Honoring the Participants of the Liquidation of the Consequences of Chornobyl Disaster.

Cadets of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs demonstrated high results in powerlifting and kettlebell lifting competitions. They showed excellent physical shape, willpower and team spirit, winning prizes in their weight categories and disciplines.

A meeting of cadets of the Educational and Research Institute No. 1 with the curator Kyrylo CHEREVKO took place, during which they discussed the problems of domestic and gender-based violence.

Within the framework of the All-Ukrainian action "16 Days Against Violence", a thematic meeting of cadets of the Educational and Research Institute No. 1 with curator Ihor ZOZULIA was held. During the event, topical issues of combating domestic violence, its forms and consequences were discussed.

Within the framework of this All-Ukrainian campaign, a thematic meeting of cadets with the curator of the group, Associate Professor of the Department of Civil and Labor Law of the ERI No. 1 Svitlana Yasechko was held. During the event, the participants discussed topical issues of preventing various forms of violence, forming respect for human rights and freedoms.
