The All-Ukrainian boxing tournament among youth, dedicated to the memory of the Master of Sports of Ukraine of international class R.P. Oglu, was held in the city of Zhytomyr. Boxers from different regions of the country took part in the prestigious competition, demonstrating a high level of sports training and a thirst for victory.

As part of the rehabilitation program for military personnel, Ihor OSTROVSKYI, a senior lecturer at the Department of Special Physical Training of the ERI No. 2 of KhNUIA, conducted an individual lesson in the gym for Artem KRYCHKOVSKYI, a junior sergeant of the National Guard of Ukraine.

In May 2025, a grant competition was announced by the Children and Youth Office "DIyMO" under the Ministry of Social Policy, Family and Unity of Ukraine with the support of UNICEF, the European Union, the governments of Germany and Sweden.

Another individual lesson in rehabilitation swimming for Junior Sergeant of the National Guard of Ukraine, soldier of the special purpose battalion "Donbas" Artem KRYCHKOVSKYI was conducted by senior lecturer of the Department of Special Physical Training of the ERI No. 2 Ihor OSTROVSKYI.

Scientific and pedagogical workers of the Department of Operational Investigation and Crime Detection of the ERI No. 2 - Professor Oleksii DEREVIAHIN and Senior Lecturer Valerii TEMRIIENKO joined the third annual forum "Current Issues and Prospects for the Development of Criminal Analysis in the Law Enforcement System of Ukraine".

A specialist from the Department of Social and Humanitarian Work, Liliia TOVSTOPIAT, held an informational and educational hour for students of Educational and Research Institutes No. 1–4 on the topic: “KhNUIA: what is Alma Mater?”.

During the week, entrance tests for applicants who have chosen the profession of police officers continued at Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs. They strive to protect the rights and freedoms of citizens, as well as the territorial integrity of our state.

A boxing match dedicated to the memory of the serviceman of the Armed Forces of Ukraine Vitalii HANK was held between the national teams of Zhytomyr and Vinnytsia regions. The competition was attended by Danylo KRYZHANSKYI, a 1st year cadet of the ERI No. 2.
