The management, staff, and students of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs met with the soldiers of the 12th Special Forces Brigade "Azov" - the defenders of Mariupol: Captain Andrii Ihnatiuk, Junior Lieutenant Vladyslav Dutchak, and Senior Sergeant Oleksii Popil.

They explained to young people the devastating consequences of drug addiction on human health, the main signs of drug addiction and modern principles of effective treatment.

An online meeting of the staff of the Faculty № 2 of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs with graduates of Kharkiv Lyceum "Riatuvalnyk" of Kharkiv Regional Council on the topic "Features of admission and study at Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs in 2024" was held.

In accordance with the schedule of the educational process, the final year cadets of the Faculty No. 2 pass the final certification, during which they demonstrate the level of professional competencies, practical skills and abilities to conduct operational and investigative activities, police and administrative jurisdictional activities, pre-trial investigation, etc.

Deputy Head of the Sector for Combating Domestic Violence of the Department of Community Relations of Vinnytsia District Police Department of the Main Department of the National Police in Vinnytsia Region, Senior Lieutenant of Police Daniil Zinchenko, together with Associate Professor of the Department of Constitutional and International Law of the Faculty № 4 of KhNUIA Oleksandr Radchenko, conducted a binary lesson on the topic "Fundamentals of the Legal Status of Citizens of Ukraine" for 1st year cadets of the Faculty № 2.

The Faculty № 2 of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs hosted checkers and table tennis tournaments among cadets of 1-3 years of study. The winners and prize-winners of the sports matches were awarded with diplomas and medals.

Fourth-year cadets of the Faculties №№ 1, 2, 4 of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs, who receive higher education under the educational and professional program "Law" (police) of the first (bachelor's) level of higher education, defended their internship materials. The defense was held with the use of elements of the police quest, as a result of which higher education students were able to demonstrate the skills developed during the internship.

At all locations of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs, representatives of the Swiss Foundation for Mine Action FSD (Fondation suisse de deminage) in Ukraine held an information event on "Risks associated with explosive objects" for cadets of the 1st-4th years of the Faculties №№ 1-4.
