Cadets of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs held a flash mob of national unity in the fight against the enemy on the anniversary of the armed aggression of the Russian Federation against Ukraine. The event was attended by representatives of the university at all locations of the police academy - in Kharkiv, Vinnytsia, Kamianets-Podilskyi, Sumy, and Kremenchuk. Unity is our strength. Nataliia Horbach, a senior lecturer of the Department of Foreign Languages of the Faculty No. 4, held a meeting of the scientific group on the topic "The role of the Ukrainian police in the fight against Russian aggression." Andrii Khomiak, a first-year cadet of the Faculty No. 2, gave a speech in English and told that since the first days of Russia's invasion of Ukraine the police have been working in an intensified mode and are on duty in the controlled and de-occupied territories.
On the eve of the Day of Unity, higher education graduates of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs took part in the presentation of the book "Burnt by War", which took place in the reading room of Vinnytsia Regional Scientific Universal Library named after V. Otamanovskyi.
Tamara Yatsenko, a senior lecturer at the Department of Labor and Economic Law, together with Yevheniia Kundeus, a community police officer of Rivne region (Dubno city), conducted a binary seminar on the topic "The role of the police in ensuring compliance with the legislation on the ownership of natural objects" for the cadets of the Faculty No. 2 .
Applicants for higher education of Faculties No. 2 and No. 3 attended a solo concert of a young Vinnytsia bandura player and singer Sofia Al-Hadidi. The event was organized by the Department of Social and Humanitarian Work of the University. Sofia is a laureate of international and all-Ukrainian competitions, a participant in well-known television talent shows and art projects.
The meeting of the scientific circle of the Department of Social and Economic Disciplines was dedicated to the anniversary of the beginning of the large-scale armed aggression of the Russian Federation against Ukraine. On February 24, 2022, the day of the invasion, martial law was introduced in Ukraine and general mobilization was announced.
As part of the signed Memorandum on cooperation between Vinnytsia regional cultural centers and Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs, the Department of Social and Humanitarian Work organized a visit to the concert "Captured by Love" for students of higher education of Faculties No. 2 and No. 3.
