A team of cadets from the Faculty No 4 of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs took part online in the Ukrainian Student Cybersecurity Competition in the Capture the Flag format - UA30CTF, organized by the State Service for Special Communications and Information Protection of Ukraine with the support of EU4DigitalUA, funded by the EU.
Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs hosted a regular meeting of the scientific circle of the Department of Theory and History of State and Law of the Faculty No. 1, which was held in a combined form - online and offline. It was attended by cadets of the Faculties №№ 1-4.
At Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs, Associate Professor of the Department of Tactical and Special Physical Training of the Faculty No. 3, Police Captain Tykhon Shevchenko and Senior Lecturer of the Department Oleksandr Skliar conducted a practical lesson with cadets of the Faculty No. 1 and Faculty No. 4 on the topic "Fundamentals of the use of unmanned aerial vehicles in the service and combat activities of the National Police of Ukraine".
Olena Stativka, Head of the Department of Foreign Languages of the Faculty №4 of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs, and lecturers of the same department Valentyna Pochuieva, Larysa Sazanova, Oleh Honcharuk and Artem Bilousov took part in the online webinar "Teaching Traditions and Ukrainian Reality - Are They Aligned?", organized and conducted by Cambridge University Press and Linguist.
Within the framework of the special course on tactical and special training "Certain issues of service by police officers in the de-occupied territories under martial law", cadets are practicing first aid to the wounded and themselves, taking into account the specifics of martial law, subject to the use of police equipment and the use of firearms.
Head of the Department of Tactical and Special Physical Training of the Faculty №3 Ihor Kovalov and Associate Professor of the same department Mykola Borovyk conducted additional classes with the permanent and variable staff of Faculties №1 and №4 to improve tactical medicine skills in accordance with the TCCC-MP protocol for military personnel who are not paramedics.
On the occasion of the Easter holidays, a member of the secretariat of the Spiritual Council of Kamianets-Podilskyi, military chaplain Taras Banas, and a chaplain of the law enforcement system, priest Oleksandr Vershyhora, met with the cadets of the Faculties No. 1 and No. 4 of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs.
Representatives of the Department of Constitutional and International Law of the Faculty №4 - Professor Andrii Voitsikhovskyi and Associate Professor Yevheniia Lohvynenko - took part in the webinar "Precautionary measures in cases of collaboration: how to prevent the risks of human rights violations", held by the Ukrainian Helsinki Human Rights Union within the framework of the USAID Ukraine - USAID Ukraine Human Rights in Action Program.
Yurii Onyshchenko, Deputy Dean of the Faculty №4 for Educational and Methodological Work, Oksana Melnychuk, Associate Professor of the Department of Social and Economic Disciplines of the Faculty №2, Liliia Zhyronkina, Leading Specialist of the Faculty № 1, and university cadets visited Khotyn, Chernivtsi region, where they met with graduates of educational institutions of Khotyn territorial community.
Associate Professor of the Department of Constitutional and International Law Yevheniia Lohvynenko together with Vitalii Kavkal, Head of the Human Rights Sector of Kamianets-Podilskyi District Police Department of the MDNP in Khmelnytskyi Region, conducted a binary lesson on the discipline "International Human Rights Protection" on the topic "International Legal Standards for the Protection of Human Rights in Law Enforcement" for students of the Faculty № 4 of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs.
