For a year now, Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs has been training future police officers in Vinnytsia. The institution has temporarily changed its location due to the outbreak of full-scale war, and its faculties are located in different Ukrainian cities: Kharkiv, Vinnytsia, Kamianets-Podilskyi, Sumy, and Kremenchuk.

Faculty No. 4 (Cyber Police) provides full-time bachelor's training in the following specialties: "Law, Law Enforcement, and Cybersecurity. This is the only faculty in the system of departmental higher education institutions of Ukraine that trains specialists for cyber police units of the National Police of Ukraine.

With the aim of national and patriotic education of young people, Larysa Sazanova, a senior lecturer at the Department of Foreign Languages of the Faculty No. 4 of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs, held a conversation with first-year cadets of the Faculty No. 1 on the topic "How does patriotism manifest itself?".

Associate Professor of the Department of Constitutional and International Law Yevheniia Lohvynenko together with the information support inspector of Dubno District Police Department of Rivne Oblast Police Department Maryna Shchyhlevska conducted a binary lesson on "Law Enforcement Agencies of Modern States" for the students of the Faculty No. 4 of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs.
Roman Levchuk, a cadet of the Faculty No. 4, visited the Lyceum of Lublinets, Kovel district, Volyn region, where he held a career guidance meeting with graduates of the educational institution. During the conversation, he spoke about the conditions of admission in 2023 and the peculiarities of studying at the university.
The cadets of the Faculties No. 1 and No. 4 of KhNUIA took part in the competition in general physical training of power extreme "Bogatyrski Games", which was held among the law enforcement agencies of Kamianets-Podilskyi, Khmelnytskyi region.
