KhNUIA cadets donate blood and plasma for the Armed Forces of Ukraine

Our brave and heroic warriors amaze the whole world with their courage and bravery, and we are worthily thanking them with our support. War dictates its own conditions - blood is needed every day to save both wounded defenders and civilians. The students of the Faculties №1 and №4 of KhNUIA in Khmelnytskyi region have once again donated blood and its components.

The Impact of Tokyo Tribunal's Practice on the Development of International Criminal Law

Andrii Voitsikhovskyi, Professor of the Department of Constitutional and International Law, Faculty №4, attended a thematic lecture on "Tokyo Tribunal: the one that unfairly remains in the shadow of history" prepared by the Center for Civil Liberties and Kyiv School of Human Rights and Democracy.

Cyber guard on the guard of the Internet

The team of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs has developed a chatbot called CyberVarta to counteract the illegal actions of destructive youth movements (PMC Redan, Ofniki, Anti-Redan). The bot will also help to counteract illegal activities on the Internet related to the illegal sale of counterfeit documents and money; trade in weapons, ammunition, explosives, etc.

 

KhNUIA Cyber Center calls for attention!

A new youth movement of the Redan PMC has been detected in Ukraine. In Kyiv, Kharkiv, Lviv, Zhytomyr and Ivano-Frankivsk, teenagers who consider themselves part of the Russian subculture of the Redan PMC gathered for mass fights. In two days, about 30 youth gatherings took place in different regions of Ukraine, with more than 700 people invited, most of them minors. Such events caused concern in Ukrainian society and prompted the police to take active action.

 

Promotion of Internet freedom in Ukraine

Professor of the Department of Constitutional and International Law, Faculty No. 4 of KhNUIA, Andrii Voitsikhovskyi took part in the webinar "Conversation with digital security expert", held as part of the joint project of the Center for Civil Liberties, ABA ROLI "Promoting Internet Freedom in Ukraine" and Kyiv School of Human Rights and democracy.

Participation in a webinar on the use of innovative textbooks

The head of the Department of Foreign Languages of the Faculty No. 4 of KhNUIA Olena Stativka and lecturers of the same department Valentyna Pochuieva, Larysa Sazanova, Oleh Honcharuk and Artem Bilousov took part in the international online webinar "Ready to roll with Marbles: a whole-child approach to connect the classroom with the outside world" and got acquainted with the practical manuals of the Helbling English publishing house.

On March 9, our country celebrates the 209th anniversary of the birth of Taras Hryhorovych Shevchenko. On the occasion of a significant date for the country, the staff and cadets of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs laid flowers at the monument of Great Kobzar, a fighter for the freedom of Ukraine T.H. Shevchenko.
