Traditionally, on March 9, our country celebrates the birthday of Taras Shevchenko. On this day, flowers were put at the monument to the Great Kobzar, a fighter for the freedom of Ukraine.

Employees of the Department of Tactical and Special Physical Training of the Faculty № 3 - senior lecturer, police captain Dmytro Konstantynov and lecturer, police major Bohdan Lukin together with Honored Coach of Ukraine Anatolii Labatiuk conducted a training session on the development of kickboxing and Thai boxing techniques and tactics, which was attended by members of the national team of KhNUIA and sports clubs PRIDE and NEMIROV MUAYTHAI in Kamianets-Podilskyi. 

Olena Stativka, Head of the Department of Foreign Languages, Candidate of Pedagogical Sciences, Associate Professor of the Faculty № 4, held a meeting with graduates of general secondary education institutions of Kamianets-Podilskyi: Lyceum № 2 named after Taras Shevchenko, Lyceum № 6, Lyceum № 9 named after A. Troian, Lyceum № 10, Lyceum № 13, Lyceum № 14. More than 100 schoolchildren took part in the event.

The topic of the meeting was "Outstanding Achievements of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs in the Scientific Sphere", which was held by Liudmyla Nadopta, Head of the Department of Scientific Work Organization of the Department of Scientific Activity Organization and Intellectual Property Protection.

Representatives of the Department of Constitutional and International Law of the Faculty № 4 - Associate Professors Oleksandr Radchenko and Yevhenia Lohvynenko together with a lecturer of the same department, Senior Police Lieutenant Vadym Maltsev took part in a thematic lecture by a judge of the Constitutional Court of Ukraine.

Yurii Onyshchenko, Deputy Dean for Educational and Methodological Work of the Faculty № 4, Police Major, and Liliia Zhyronkina, a leading specialist of the Faculty № 1, together with employees of the Cybercrime Counteraction Unit in Chernivtsi Region of the Cyber Police Department of the National Police of Ukraine, met with future graduates of four general secondary education institutions in Chernivtsi.

Attorney Serhii Semenov together with Oksana Melnychuk, Associate Professor of the Department of Social and Economic Disciplines of the Faculty № 2, conducted a binary lesson on the subject of "Legal Logic" for the 101st group cadets of the Faculty № 4, specialty "Law" of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs.

On the eve of the celebration of the 210th anniversary of Taras Shevchenko's birth, a poetry recitation was held for students of the faculties №№1, 4 with the participation of the poetess, member of the literary association "Lyra" of Kamianets-Podilskyi. Valentyna Kolomiets, a member of the literary association "Lira" of Kamianets-Podilskyi, held a poetic recitation of the Great Kobzar's poems.

Representatives of Faculties 1 and 4 of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs visited the Kamianets-Podilskyi Lyceum with enhanced military and physical training in Khmelnytskyi region.

Senior Lecturer of the Department of Foreign Languages of the Faculty № 4 of KhNUIA Tetiana Kalchenko and 2nd year cadets of the same faculty Kostiantyn Rotan and Artem Pits met with students of Lyceum № 10 of Kamianets-Podilskyi City Council of Khmelnytskyi region.
