Scientific online-internship “Academic Integrity”

Associate Professor of the Department of Civil and Law Disciplines of the Faculty № 4 of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs, Candidate of Lealw Sciences Tetiana Stepanenko passed an online scientific internship on “Academic Integrity”, organized by the Polish-Ukrainian Foundation “Institute of International Academic and Scientific Cooperation” at the Higher Seminary of the UKSW Theological University in Warsaw, Poland.

English Round Table “International Experience on Anti-Corruption”

4th year cadets of the Faculty № 1 took part at the Round Table in English “International Experience on Anti-Corruption”. Event was prepared and held by senior lecturers of the Department of Foreign Languages of the Faculty № 4 Larysa Sazanova, Anatolii Korshenko and Associate Professor of the Department of Criminal Law and Criminology of the Faculty № 1, Candidate of Legal Sciences Kseniia Yurtaieva.

A meeting of the Scientific Circle of the Department of Civil and Legal Disciplines of the Faculty № 4 on the topic “Artificial Intelligence: Problems and Prospects” was held. As part of a pilot project to implement an academic mobility program between higher education institutions under the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine, Professor of Theory and History of State and Law of the Faculty № 1 of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs Yuliia Zahumenna and Professor of Theory and Philosophy of Law for Pre-Trial Investigation Bodies of Odessa State University of Internal Affairs Ihor Mahnovskyi conducted a binary lesson in the subject “Philosophy of Law” for cadets of the Faculty № 4 of KhNUIA.

Video lectures on the problems of using electronic evidence

An online video lecture on “Problematic issues of admissibility of electronic evidence in pre-trial investigation and trial” was held at Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs. The online lecture was given by Semen Khanin, Member of the Board of the Ukrainian Bar Association, Managing Partner of Amber Law Company, Candidate of Economic Sciences, Honored Lawyer of Ukraine.

Police Colonel Ihor Nazarenko has been appointed Dean of Faculty No. 4

The staff of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs was introduced to the new Dean of the Faculty № 4 (Cyber Police). Professor of the Department of Operational Investigation and Crime Investigation of the Faculty of № 2 Candidate of Law, Police Colonel Ihor Nazarenko was appointed to this position.
