The general meeting of the faculty non-permanent personnel was held by the management of the faculty № 4 - the Dean of the faculty, Police Lieutenant Colonel Viacheslav Markov, the Deputy Dean for educational and methodical work, Police Major Yurii Onyschenko and the Deputy Dean, Police Major Hennadii Zvirianskyi.

KhNUIA athletes won prizes in the Open Cup in kettlebell lifting

Athletes of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs took part in the Open Cup of Kharkiv in kettlebell lifting. According to the results of the competition, the representatives of the university won prizes, in the team competition the team of KhNUIA took the second place.

Instructional and preventive training on the observance of sefety measures and rules of handling weapons by the personnel

At Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs, an instructional and preventive lesson was held on the observance of safety measures and rules for handling weapons by the personnel. The event was attended by the Rector of the university, Police General of the Third Rank Valerii Sokurenko, employees of Kharkiv Directorate of the Department of Internal Security of the National Police of Ukraine, Police Lieutenant Colonel Viacheslav Dovhyi and the Department of Preventive Activities of the MDNP in Kharkiv Region, Police Lieutenant Colonel Oleh Panov, and the university staff.

KhNUIA cadets are trained on the educational online platform LEEd CEPOL

The 4th year cadet of the Faculty № 2 Ruslan Chubenko and the 4th year cadet of the Faculty № 4 Illia Kazmirchuk successfully completed the training courses on the educational online platform LEEd CEPOL. Ruslan Chubenko took the following courses: "EU policy cycle for organized and serious international crime" and "Community Policing and Prevention of Radicalization".

Oksana Tsukan, Advisor to the Rector on Gender Isssues of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs, announced the first results of the Horizon 2020 project European Regional Partnership for Gender Equality in the EQUALS-EU Digital Age. The project includes many studies and several activities. One of them is the world colloquium "Perception of Power: Upholding Women's Leadership in the Digital Age".

Social media as an effective tool for education and e-learning

Academic integrity is the key to education quality

Vita Filipska, a senior lecturer of the Department of Foreign Languages ​​of Faculty No.4 held a meeting of the student scientific circle on the topic "Academic Integrity". The cadets got acquainted with the Law of Ukraine "On Education" (Article 42) which defines the concept of academic integrity, the main types of violations of academic integrity and academic liability.

Dmytro Yushchuk, a first-year cadet of the Faculty № 4 of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs, and Oleksii Rvachov, a senior lecturer at the Department of Cyber Security and DATA Technologies of the Faculty № 6, helped police collect data on a woman committed domestic violence against a child.

Oleksandr Manzhai, the Head of the Department for Combating Cybercrime of the Faculty №4 of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs, and Vitalii Svitlychnyi, Associate Professor of the same department, conducted a binary lesson on Digital Forensics with the participation of the inspector of the department of counteraction to cybercrimes in Poltava region of the Department of cyberpolice of the National police of Ukraine.
