Cadets of the ERI No. 4 Ivan TSURKAN, Mykyta VERZILOV, Vladyslav KOCHYN, Maksym TROFIMENKO, studying in the specialty "Cybersecurity and Information Protection", tested their strength in solving tasks from six cybersecurity domains: general skills, cryptography, web intelligence, digital forensics, etc.

Cadette of the ERI No. 4 Kateryna BORYSOVA, together with Professor of the Department of Operational and Investigative Activity and Crime Solution of the ERI No. 2, Candidate of Law, Senior Researcher Oleksii DEREVIAHIN, took part in the V International Scientific and Practical Conference "New Horizons in Scientific Research: Challenges and Solutions", which took place in Marseille (France).

On the occasion of UNESCO World Day, which is celebrated annually on November 4, employees of the Social and Humanitarian Work Department held information and educational hours dedicated to the activities of UNESCO for students of the Educational and Research institutes No. 1-5, Sumy branch and Kremenchuk Flight College.

Under the leadership of Oleksandr MANZHAY, Head of the Department of Counteracting Cybercrime of the Educational and Research Institute No. 4 of KhNUIA, Professor of the same Department Vasyl LUCHYK held an online career guidance meeting with students of 11th grades of Yasenivskyi Lyceum of Dorosynivska Village Council of Volyn region.

A lecture on providing first aid in the event of an epileptic seizure was held for the staff of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs. The event was held as part of the classes "Providing first aid to students with special educational needs."

The Head of the Department of Social and Economic Disciplines of the Educational and Research Institute No. 4, Professor Iryna SIEVIDOVA, and Associate Professor of the same Department Viktoriia VELIIEVA held a binary lesson on the discipline "Accounting in budgetary institutions" together with the chief specialist of the state enterprise "INFOTECH" Maria HUROVA.

As part of non-formal (informal) education, cadets of the Educational and Research Institute No. 4 completed the online course "Foundational Course on Counter-Terrorism in the UN System", developed by the United Nations Institute for Training and Research (UNITAR) in conjunction with the United Nations Office for Counter-Terrorism (UNOCT).

In order to strengthen the military and patriotic education of youth and increase the level of safety among students, senior lecturers of the Department of Tactical and Special Training of the Educational and Research Institute No. 2 Mykhailo BAMBULIAK and Oleh YANKOVSKYI, together with cadets of the ERI No. 4 Dmytro KARPOV and Oleksandr MARYNKEVYCH, conducted an educational and preventive lesson for students of Secondary School No. 1 of grades I–III of the city of Khotyn, Chernivtsi region.

The team of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs entered the top eight teams of the II All-Ukrainian competition on the application of the European Convention on Human Rights and the practice of the European Court of Human Rights in national legal proceedings "European human rights law - at home".

Diana KIRIKA, Associate Professor of the Department of Administrative Activities of the Educational and Research Institute No. 3, together with Dmytro ULIN, Head of the Department of Interaction with Communities of Kamianets-Podilskyi DPD of the MDNP in Khmelnytskyi region, held a binary lesson for students of the ERI No. 4 on the topic "Methods of Police Activity. Police Measures."
