On the eve of the Foundation Day of the European Union, which is celebrated annually in the EU member states on 1 November, curators of the Department of Social and Humanitarian Work held informational and educational talks for higher education students of the Educational and Research Institutes No. 1-4.
It was conducted by Viktoriia Veliieva, Associate Professor of the Department of Social and Economic Disciplines of the Institute of Economics and Business, together with Valerii Temrienko, Senior Lecturer of the Department of Operational and Investigative Activities and Crime Solution of the ERI No. 2. The lecturers highlighted certain aspects of criminal offences that may be committed during an audit.
Anna Kudria, the investigator of the investigative department of Okhtyrka District Police Department of the State Police in Sumy Oblast, together with Oleh Honcharuk, a professor of the Department of Language Training of KhNUIA, and Valentina Pochuieva, an Assistant Professor of the same department, held a binary class on the discipline "Foreign language of professional direction" for students of higher education in the third year of the ERI No. 4.
The lecturer of the Department of Information Systems and Technologies, Iryna Dovhan, together with Kostiantyn Rotan, a cadet of the 3rd year of the ERI No. 4 of KhNUIA, visited the lyceum in the city of Kamianets-Podilskyi. At the meeting with lyceum students, they discussed the specifics of the 2025 admissions campaign. The university teacher provided a step-by-step algorithm for the applicant's actions during admission to the higher education institution of the Ministry of Internal Affairs.
University vice-rector Serhii Bortnyk met with the junior commanders of the university's cadet units. He emphasized compliance with the law, official discipline, flawless fulfillment of the requirements of the Oath of a police officer, statutes, orders, norms of professional and official ethics.
Lesia Marchuk, a cadet of the ERI No. 4 of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs, held a career orientation meeting with high school students of Hirkiv Lyceum of Kamin-Kashir district of Volyn region. She talked to the lyceum students, told them about the specialty she had chosen and her future profession, about studying at a police academy.
Traditionally, on the Day of Ukrainian Writing and Language, teachers, schoolchildren, students, scientists, politicians, public figures, as well as those who care about the fate of their native language both in their homeland and far beyond its borders, write a radio dictation of national unity. Holding such a large-scale event is an extremely important initiative to unite many fans around the Ukrainian language and culture.
Olena Yushkevych, Associate Professor of the Department of Theory and History of State and Law, together with Anna Kudrei, an investigator at Okhtyrka District Police Department of the National Police in Sumy Oblast, conducted a binary class on Police Deontology for first-year cadets of the ERI No. 4.
A binary lesson on ‘International protection of human rights during armed conflicts’ was held with third-year students of the ERI No. 4 by Professor of the Department of Constitutional and International Law and Human Rights Yevhenia Lohvynenko and the commander of the demining unit Andrii Vivcharyk.
Associate Professor of the Department of Constitutional and International Law and Human Rights Oleksandr Radchenko held a career guidance meeting with representatives of Lyceum №31 in Zhytomyr - graduates, the director of the educational institution Marharyta Bokhan and her deputy for educational work Natalia Dziadevych.
