
In May 2025, a grant competition was announced by the Children and Youth Office "DIyMO" under the Ministry of Social Policy, Family and Unity of Ukraine with the support of UNICEF, the European Union, the governments of Germany and Sweden.

A specialist from the Department of Social and Humanitarian Work, Liliia TOVSTOPIAT, held an informational and educational hour for students of Educational and Research Institutes No. 1–4 on the topic: “KhNUIA: what is Alma Mater?”.

During the week, entrance tests for applicants who have chosen the profession of police officers continued at Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs. They strive to protect the rights and freedoms of citizens, as well as the territorial integrity of our state.

University employees with combat experience held meetings with first-year cadets of the ERI No. 1 and ERI No. 4. The events were aimed at popularizing the principles of barrier-free living in public and professional life, forming moral values, etc.

As part of the project "Active Parks - Running Ukraine", organized by the State Institution "Agency of Mass Sports of Ukraine" with the support of the Ministry of Youth and Sports of Ukraine, a race was held in the city of Kamianets-Podilskyi.

Veteran policy in Ukraine is one of the priorities of state policy, aimed at ensuring the rehabilitation of war veterans and their family members. It includes a wide range of measures, from providing social guarantees and medical care to promoting employment and adaptation to civilian life.

The action was actively participated by cadets and students of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs. They raised funds to support the units of the Security and Defense Forces, which amounted to over 700 thousand hryvnias, which were used to purchase the necessary equipment for units performing combat missions on the front line.

The curators of the Department of Social and Humanitarian Work held an information and educational hour for higher education students of the ERI No. 1-4, aimed at deepening their understanding of the historical, legal and spiritual foundations of Ukrainian statehood and the formation of patriotic values.

First-year cadets studying in the following specialties: 081 "Law", 262 "Law Enforcement", 125 "Cybersecurity and Information Protection", 126 "Information Systems and Technologies", 071 "Accounting and Taxation" were briefed on the organization and conduct of practicum in the departments of the NPU.

Volodymyr LISOVOL, a 3rd-year student of the ERI No. 4 of KhNUIA, completed distance learning under the program of the All-Ukrainian Forum “Science for Youth – 2025”. The cadet gained knowledge and practical skills in the development and implementation of scientific and innovative projects.
