Leading researcher of the Research Laboratory on Information Technology and Combating Crime in Cyberspace of the ERI No. 4 Yevhen HRINCHENKO told young people about current threats in the digital environment, prospects for the development of cybersecurity, and opportunities for studying at Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs for those who seek to obtain an education in this field.

As part of the charity event “Easter of Kindness”, organized by the Cadet and Student Parliament together with the Department of Social and Humanitarian Work, higher education applicants of KhNUIA collected over 1,000 Easter bread. These symbolic gifts became a manifestation of care, attention and sincere concern for each other.

Iryna DOVHAN, a teacher at the Department of Information Systems and Technologies of the ERI No. 4, held an online career guidance event for graduating students of Hrushiv Lyceum of Teresvianska settlement council of Tiachiv district of Transcarpathian region.

Professor of the Department of Information Systems and Technologies of the ERI No. 4 Svitlana LUCHYK held a career orientation event for graduates of the general secondary education institution of the 1st-3rd levels of the village of Vydrychka, Bohdansk village council, Rakhiv district, Zakarpattia region.

On the eve of the Easter holidays, military chaplains came to the students of the ERI No. 1, 4, 5 of KhNUIA, who are most in need of parental support and care - orphans, children deprived of parental care, children who lost their relatives in the ongoing war. During the meeting, they talked about the traditions of celebrating Easter, about the deep meanings that this holiday carries.

An instructional session was held for cadets of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs, the purpose of which is to raise awareness among university personnel about the ways and means of distributing narcotic drugs and psychotropic substances, their analogues, and to prevent cases of any involvement in their trafficking.

On the eve of the All-Ukrainian Environment Day, curators from the educational work department of the social and humanitarian work held informational and educational talks "Ecology: My Contribution and Responsibility" for higher education applicants from Educational and Research Institutes No. 1–5.

A scientific and practical seminar was held on this topic at the initiative of the coordinator of the Legal Clinic branch of KhNUIA in Kamianets-Podilskyi, Professor of the Department of Theory and History of State and Law Yulia ZAHUMENNA. The event was attended by cadets of the ERI No. 1 and No. 4, who are actively involved in the activities of the Legal Clinic branch.

1st year cadets of the ERI No. 4 are actively involved in volunteer activities, providing moral support and assistance in everyday matters to veterans who were injured during hostilities. On the eve of the Easter holidays, they visited a serviceman of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, Sergeant Oleh ZIUBRYTSKYI.

The Department of Language Training of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs continues the implementation of the educational project «A Way to Europe», aimed at comprehensive improvement of the English language among the university's cadets. The initiative combines classical teaching methods with modern interactive technologies, implementing a blended learning model.
