On this topic, the curators on educational work of the Department of Social and Humanitarian Work held informational and educational conversations with cadets of Educational and Research Institutes No. 1-4. The formation of one's own information culture and media literacy is becoming an obligatory element of the professional characteristics of a future law enforcement officer.

The students of Transcarpathian Regional Lyceum named after the Heroes of the Red Field were met by Oksana Melnychuk, Associate Professor of the Department of Social and Economic Disciplines of the ERI No. 4, Diana Kirika, associate professor of the Department of Administrative Activities of the ERI No. 3, and Yevheniia Lohvynenko, Professor of the Department of Constitutional and International Law and Human Rights.

Ivan Cherneha, a student of the ERI №4, met with high school students of Kotelevskyi S.A. Kovpak Support Lyceum №1 in Poltava Oblast and told them how to communicate safely on the Internet to avoid becoming victims of fraud.

In Sakhnovshchanskyi Lyceum No. 1, cadets of the ERI No. 4 Anastasia Malovazhna and Maksym Rudenko held talks about the signs of domestic violence and bullying. They explained to the boys and girls what domestic violence is, how to distinguish it, and where to go for help if they are victims or witnesses of such actions.

Applicants for the first (bachelor's) level of higher education of the 3rd year of the Educational and Research Institutes №№1-4 of KhNUIA study in specialties that are important for ensuring public order and combating crime. At the internship sites, they are given the opportunity to apply the knowledge gained at the university in practice.

Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs was represented by Yurii Onyshchenko, Deputy Director of the Institute for Educational and Research Activities of the Educational and Research Institute No. 4, and Dmytro Pashniev, Head of the Research Laboratory for Information Technology and Counteraction to Crime in Cyberspace.

The cadets of the ERI 4, Danylo Odintsov and Ivan Onopriienko, held events at the gymnasium №9, specialized school №33 named after Vasyl Symonenko and the educational complex “Secondary school of I-IV degrees - lyceum of sports profile №34”. The cadets spoke about the stages of the admission campaign and the benefits of studying at the MIA's higher education institutions.

Career guidance activities for high school students of Horodotskyi Lyceum №4 in Horodok, Khmelnytskyi region, and Makiivskyi Lyceum were conducted by cadets of the ERI №4 Olha Budus and Oleksandr Zavodnyi. They familiarized the graduating students with the peculiarities of entering Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs.

Tulchynskyi Military Lyceum with enhanced military and physical training hosted a meeting organized by cadets of the Educational and Research Institute No. 4 Nazarii Hromov and Mykola Melnyk. They explained to the lyceum students how to receive only useful and safe information from the network, avoiding risks, told them why social networks are dangerous, and what cyberbullying is.

Professor of the Department of Information Systems and Technologies of the ERI No. 4 Svitlana Luchyk held an online career guidance meeting with students of the graduating class of Orynynskyi Lyceum of Orynynska Village Council, Kamianets-Podilskyi district, Khmelnytskyi region.
