
The state program "eBook" was launched on December 16, 2024. It allows those who turned 18 in 2024 or will turn 18 in 2025 to receive funds to purchase books in print or electronic versions. The initiative is implemented by the Ministry of Culture and Strategic Communications of Ukraine together with the Ministry of Digital Transformation and the Ukrainian Book Institute.

Representatives of the Educational and Research Institute №4 of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs held a series of career guidance meetings with students of 14 educational institutions in the cities of Lutsk, Kovel and Novovolynsk. Mykola MARCHUK, Director of the Educational and Research Institute No. 4, and Vadym MALTSEV, Lecturer of the Department of Combating Cybercrime, spoke to the youth.

For the successful completion of the COMBAT LIFESAVER (CLS) training, the director of the ERI №4 Mykola MARCHUK presented certificates to freshmen Dmytro HONCHAROV, Yevhen KHOTYNSKYI and Yurii HORBAN. They completed a 5-day practical and theoretical training in tactical medicine according to the standards of the TCCS level CLS (combat rescuer).

For the cadets of the ERI No. 4, a practical lesson was conducted by Roman FURMAN, inspector of the platoon of the 2nd company of the 2nd battalion of the patrol police for Kamianets-Podilskyi district of the Patrol Police Department in Khmelnytskyi region, and employees of the Department of Special Physical Training of the ERI No. 2 - Associate Professor Bohdan LUKIN and lecturer Roman PAVLOV.

As part of career guidance work, Deputy Director for Educational and Research Activities of the ERI №4 Yurii ONYSHCHENKO introduced the graduating students to the specialties that train specialists for the National Police, and spoke about the benefits of studying at a higher education institution of the Ministry of Internal Affairs.

The open kickboxing championship of Khmelnytskyi region WAKO was held in Khmelnytskyi, in which cadets of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs took part. The cadets demonstrated a high level of physical fitness and skill.

Vasyl LUCHYK, Professor of the Department of Cybercrime Counteraction of the ERI №4 of KhNUIA, held an online meeting with 11th grade students of Bubnivka Lyceum of Lokachi Village Council of Volodymyr-Volynskyi District, Volyn Region. Particular attention was paid to the issues of admission to the university, the conditions of study for cadets and students.

Andrii PONEDILOK, Deputy Head of the Installation Department of Cable Telecommunication Networks at Gigabit Networks of Podillia LLC, together with Vadym PONEDILOK, Associate Professor of the Department of Information Systems and Technologies at the ERI No. 4, conducted a class for second-year students of the ERI No. 4.

Iryna NECHAIEVA, a lecturer at the Department of Criminal Procedure and Organization of Pre-trial Investigation of the ERI №1, together with Volodymyr STOROZHUK, a senior detective of the Criminal Police Department of Kamianets-Podilskyi District Police Department of the National Police in Khmelnytskyi Region, conducted a class for the cadets of the ERI №4.

The Institute of Political, Legal and Religious Studies, with the support of the Ministry of Youth and Sports of Ukraine, the National Agency for Higher Education Quality Assurance, the National Academy of Pedagogical Sciences of Ukraine, and the European Cultural Assembly, held an All-Ukrainian competition of creative works “National and Patriotic Formation of Youth”.
