Students of the Faculty № 6 of KhNUIA do not stop making trench candles for the defenders of our country. The candles are easy to make and use, and are simply irreplaceable on the front line in winter. Very soon, 1000 trench candles will warm our soldiers on the southern and eastern borders. On the eve of the Day of Unity of Ukraine, a thematic video lecture organized by the Department of Social and Humanitarian Work was held for cadets and first-year students of the Faculties No. 1, 4, 6 of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs.
With the assistance of the Department of Education of the Administration of Kyivskyi District of Kharkiv City Council, the Dean of the Faculty No. 6 Oksana Brusakova and her deputy Kostiantyn Sverdlin held an online meeting on the topic of the 2024 admission campaign with the leadership and students of the final classes of a number of general secondary education institutions in Kharkiv
Kostiantyn Sverdlin, Deputy Dean of the Faculty № 6 of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs, and Oksana Maliutina, Head of the Preparatory Department, took part in the opening of a security class at Kharkiv Lyceum № 128 of Kharkiv City Council.
The Preparatory Department of the Faculty No. 6 held a regular online meeting with applicants, to which high school students, their parents and heads of several secondary education institutions in the cities of Sumy and Kharkiv, as well as Krasnohrad, Bohodukhiv, Lozova districts and Pervomaisk city territorial community of Kharkiv region were invited. The event was attended by 59 people.
Deputy Dean of the Faculty No. 6 Kostiantyn Sverdlin and Head of the Preparatory Department Oksana Maliutina visited Kharkiv Lyceum No. 122 of Kharkiv City Council, where they met with the Lyceum's Director Nataliia Chesnokova. They introduced the history of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs, told about the faculties and specialties in which specialists are trained.
Representatives of the Department of Recruitment and Organization of Career Guidance of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs with the participation of Assistant to the Rector Viktor Slysh and Anatolii Klochko, representatives of the faculties held an online meeting with graduates of general secondary education institutions of Merefianska, Lozova, Krasnohrad, Valkivska, Zachepylivska, Velykoburlutska, Novovodolazka and other communities of Kharkiv region.
Krystyna Dikevych, Chief Forensic Expert of the Handwriting Research, Technical Document Examination and Accounting Sector of the Criminalistics Research Department of the Kharkiv Scientific Research Forensic Center of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine, and Svitlana Lozova, Associate Professor of the Department of Criminal Procedure, Criminalistics and Forensics of the Faculty No. 6, Candidate of Psychological Sciences, Associate Professor, conducted a binary lesson on the discipline "Forensic Science".

Representatives of the Faculty № 6 of KhNUIA - Head of the Department of Law Enforcement and Police Science Iryna Panova and Head of the Department of Cybersecurity and DATA Technologies Yurii Hnusov - took an online course "Information Security" on the educational platform "Prometheus".
