Associate Professor of the Department of Legal Support of Entrepreneurial Activity and Financial Security of the ERI No. 5 Iryna ANTOL took part in a two-day online training "Respect and Consent: Culture of Interaction without Violence". The event was held as part of the International Action "16 Days of Activism against Gender-Based Violence".

An online seminar on the topic "The Right of a Serviceman to Additional Payment during Martial Law" was held for consultants of the Department of the Legal Clinic of the ERI No. 5. The Curator of the clinic, Associate Professor of the Department of Civil Law and Procedure Dmytro Tymoshenko explained the procedure for calculating additional payments to military personnel.

For students of the ERI No. 5 of the specialty "Law", classes were conducted by Associate Professor of the Department of Criminal Law and Criminology Yuliia TATARKINA together with the Lawyer of the Aktum Law Firm Olena Zalyvatska, who shared practical experience and explained the key aspects of the qualification of mercenary crimes against property.

Within the framework of the Memorandum of Cooperation, bachelor's students majoring in "Law" of the Educational and Research Institute No. 5 attended the court hearing in Saltivskyi District Court of Kharkiv. Such activities are an important component of their practical training.

With the assistance of the Deputy Head of the Department of Education of the Administration of Novobavarsky District of Kharkiv City Council Nataliia Mohyla and the Head of the Department of Educational Management Viktoriia VYBRANNA, employees of the Preparatory Department of the Educational and Research Institute No. 5 organized and held an online meeting with high school students of Novobavarsky district.

Associate Professors of the Department of Sociology and Psychology Yana PONOMARENKO, Alla SHYLINA and Nataliia HRESA successfully completed the distance express course "Fundamentals of Testology and Development of Test Tasks", organized by the Scientific and Methodological Center for Higher and Professional Pre-Higher Education of the MES of Ukraine.

Within the framework of the Memorandum of Cooperation, students of the first (bachelor) level of higher education majoring in «Law» of the ERI No. 5 visited Saltiv District Court of Kharkiv, which is an important component of their educational process.

Judicial expert-explosive technician of the department of explosive and fire-technical research of Kharkiv Research Expert-Forensic Center of the MIA of Ukraine Anastasiia KABANOVA and Associate Professor of the Department of Civil Law and Procedure of the Educational and Research Institute No. 5 Yurii CHALYI jointly conducted a binary class on civil law.

On the eve of Saint Nicholas Day, students of the Educational and Research Institute No. 5 visited servicemen undergoing treatment in medical institutions in Kamianets-Podilskyi. They prepared sweet gifts and symbolic souvenirs, and most importantly – sincerely thanked for the dedicated service and courage of the defenders.

Associate Professor of the Department of Legal Support of Entrepreneurial Activity and Financial Security of the Educational and Research Institute No. 5 Iryna KIRIEIEVA, together with the specialists of Kamianets-Podilskyi branch of Khmelnytskyi Regional Employment Center –, psychologist Nataliia ILIEVA, and the Head of the Department for Providing Services to Employers Nataliia BEVZIUK –, conducted a binary lesson on the discipline «Labor law» for second-year students majoring in «Law».
