Volodymyr Nemykin, a cadet of the 3rd year of the Faculty No. 1 of KhNUIA, took part in the city championship in checkers among schoolchildren and students, held on the occasion of the Day of Unity of Ukraine. The competition was organized by the Department of Humanitarian Policy of Kamianets-Podilskyi City Council. The cadet took second place and was awarded a silver medal and a diploma.

Rector of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs Valerii Sokurenko introduced to the team the new vice-rector Oleksandr Muzychuk, who will be in charge of scientific work. As the Rector noted, "Oleksandr Mykolaiovych is a demanding and principled person, I rely on his professionalism, knowledge and skills".

For students of higher education of all faculties of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs, the Department of Social and Humanitarian Work conducted a video lecture with the aim of promoting a healthy lifestyle, preventing the use of alcohol and narcotic substances, as well as the harmfulness of smoking.

Yuliia Zahumenna, professor of the Department of Theory and History of the State and Law of the Faculty No. 1 of KhNUIA, completed her studies at the intermediate level of the advanced training course within the framework of the "Google Digital Tools for Education" program.

In order to control and provide higher education students with methodological assistance, the Head of the Department of Operative Investigative Activity and Crime Detection of KhNUIS, Vladyslav Shendryk, and professor of the department, Andrii Khankevych, checked the quality of the cadets' internship at the police units of Kharkiv and Kharkiv region.

Despite the war, Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs operates a cultural center on public grounds. As part of his work, cadets of Faculties No. 1 and No. 4 visited the bright and unusual project "Jazz Improvisations" by the famous Odessa jazz pianist and composer Oleksii Pietukhov.

Valentyna Yatsenko, assistant professor of the Department of Administrative Law and Process of the Faculty No. 1, held a career orientation event at Kamianets-Podilskyi Lyceum No. 12 of Kamianets-Podilskyi City Council of Khmelnytskyi Region and met with 10th and 11th grade students.

At the beginning, those present honored the memory of those who died in the plane wreck in Brovary with a moment of silence. They, like other Ukrainian soldiers, gave their lives for Ukraine - free, independent and united.

Military chaplain Taras Banas, a member of the Secretariat of the Spiritual Council of the city of Kamianets-Podilskyi, conducted a thematic video lecture for the first-year cadets of Faculties No. 1 and No. 4 of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs for the Day of Unity of Ukraine.

A video lecture was held by the head of the Department of Ukrainian Studies of Vinnytsia Academy of Continuing Education, Volodymyr Lazarenko, for higher education students of Faculties No. 1-4 of  Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs before the Day of Unity of Ukraine.
