This was the topic of a binary lesson for the cadets of the ERI No. 1 in the discipline “International Human Rights Protection”. It was conducted by Nataliia Filipska, a senior lecturer at the Department of Constitutional and International Law and Human Rights, together with Anna Kudra, who has experience as an investigator and is currently pursuing a second (master's) degree at KhNUIA.
Fourth-year students of the ERI No. 1 Oleksandra Isaieva, Valeriia Shurda, Viktoriia Yarmak, second-year student of the ERI No. 5 Viktoriia Kolisnychenko and lecturers of the Department of Language Training Vita Fylypska and Nataliia Olendra took part in an event in English dedicated to the Day of Charity as part of Charity Week English Events.
Together with Vitalii Kavkal, Head of the Human Rights Sector of Kamianets-Podilskyi Department of the National Police in Khmelnytskyi Region, Associate Professor of the Department of Criminal Procedure and Organization of Pre-trial Investigation Alina Piddubna conducted a binary lesson on the discipline “Criminal Procedure” for the study group of the ERI №1.
Olena Yushkevych, Associate Professor of the Department of Theory and History of State and Law, curator of the study group of the ERI №1, met online with the cadets and familiarized them with the regulatory documents contained on the website of KhNUIA in the section “Academic Integrity”.
A binary lesson on the basics of forensic science for freshmen was held at the ER №1, which combined theoretical knowledge and practical skills. The lesson on “Forensic Techniques in Crime Investigation” was conducted by Ilona Nikolaieva, an investigator at Kamianets-Podilskyi Police Department, and Ihor Zozulia, a professor at the Department of Criminalistics and Forensic Science.
Vitalii Romaniuk, Director of the ERI No. 1, and Dmytro Konstantynov, Head of the Department of Special Physical Training of the ERI No. 2, congratulated the students who won competitions in various sports.
On the occasion of the World Suicide Prevention Day, the curators of the educational work of the ERI №№ 1-4, specialists of the Department of Social and Humanitarian Work Valentyna Lavrusenko, Maria Artiukhova and Andrii Prokhorov held informational and educational conversations.
The issues of using special knowledge in operational and investigative activities and pre-trial investigation were considered during the class for 3rd year students of the ERI №2 in the discipline “Criminalistics”.
For applicants for higher education of the ERI No. 1 on the topic “Universal Declaration of Human Rights as a basic source of consolidation of international human rights standards”, the lesson was held with the participation of Bohdana Chupyra, an investigator of Uman District Police Department of the Main Department of the National Police in Cherkasy region.
Andrii Voitsikhovskyi, Professor of the Department of Constitutional and International Law and Human Rights, together with Oleksandr Barbaniuk, an investigator of Kamianets-Podilskyi Department of the National Police in Khmelnytskyi Oblast, conducted a class for higher education students of the ERI No. 1 on the discipline “International Protection of Human Rights”.
