Further training in digital literacy

Iryna Kazanchuk, Police Colonel, Assistant Professor of the Department of Administrative Law and Procedure of the Faculty No. 1 underwent further training in online mode in the framework of the implementation of the international project “Teacher’s digital literacy”. Further vocational training is a joint initiative of educational platform “4PEOPLE”, Ukrainian Federation of Informatics and Ukrainian Association of IT-Professionals with the support of the European Union and British Council of Ukraine.

The cadet of the University became the prize-winner of competitions in weightlifting

The Open Cup in weightlifting was held in Derhachi, Kharkiv region. Among adults in the weight category up to 63 kgs, a member of the National team of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs, a 4th year cadet of faculty № 1 Nataliia Rastorhuieva took the second place.

The cadets of the university underwent tactical training with the use of airsoft equipment

Cadets of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs together with representatives of the National Academy of the National Guard of Ukraine, the Military Institute of Tank Troops of NTU KhPI, the special unit of the National Guard of Ukraine "Omega" and the 92nd Mechanized Brigade took part in tactical exercises using airsoft equipment.

Cadet Karyna Mitiaieva took the first place in powerlifting competitions

The open championship of Kharkiv region on classical bench press of the Powerlifting Federation of Ukraine took place in Kharkiv. Athlete of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs Karyna Mitiaieva, a third-year cadet of the Faculty No. 1 took part in the competition.

Working meeting on monitoring hateful expressions

Representatives of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs took part in the online working meeting on the development of tools for monitoring hateful expressions, organized by the United Nations Human Rights Monitoring Mission in Ukraine (Kharkiv Office).

“Military and patriotic education of youth: experience and prospects"

The round table "Military and patriotic education of youth: experience and prospects" was held at Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs. The Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine, Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs, the Scientific Community of Students, Cadets, Postgraduate Students, Adjuncts, Doctoral Students and Young Scholars, the Department of Military Training of KhNUIA were among the organizers of this event.

Employees of the Faculty No. 1 held events dedicated to the Day of the Defender of Ukraine and the Day of Ukrainian Cossacks

On the occasion of Defender of Ukraine Day and the Day of Ukrainian Cossacks, which are celebrated annually on October 14, representatives of the Faculty No. 1 - Yuliia Zahumenna Professor of the Department of Theory and History of State and Law together with cadets and students conducted interactive “Lessons of Courage” for pupils of 1-11 grades of Kharkiv specialized school No. 119 of Kharkiv city council. 

The first-year cadets of the University took the Oath and received police badges

On the Day of the Defender of Ukraine the ceremonial events on the occasion of the taking the Oath of Police officer by first-year cadets were held at Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs. During all the period of study young men and women are brought up by the staff of the University as courageous, strong, fearless, faithful to duty and officer honor, because they are the future defenders of the order and law in our country.

Introductory lesson on the topic: "Ukraine - NATO: current status, features and prospects of cooperation".

Specialist of the Department of International Cooperation Kushchev Oleksandr together with Professor of the Department of Constitutional and International Law of the Faculty No. 4 Voitsikhovskyi Andrii conducted an introductory lesson for Master's Students of the Faculty No. 1 on the topic “Ukraine-NATO: current status, features and prospects of cooperation”.
