She told the graduates about the specifics of studying at the Faculties 1-6 of KhNUIA and the specialities in which future specialists are trained.

Lidiia Ohiienko, a first-year cadet of the Faculty No. 1 of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs, met with graduates of Krasnokutsk Lyceum No. 1 of Krasnokutsk Village Council of Bohodukhiv District. During the conversation with the high school students, she spoke about the benefits of studying at the university, the faculties and specialities that train specialists, this year's admission requirements for the police university, etc.
The sports marathon of competitions between cadets of 1-3 courses, which was held to popularize sports among cadets, their military-patriotic education, development of physical and moral and volitional qualities as future officers of the National Police of Ukraine, has ended. In the final part of the marathon, the cadets competed in a tug-of-war.
Lecturers of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs continue to be trained as part of the course "Training of Trainers in the Training of Risks Associated with Explosive Objects".
On May 15, 2024, at 11.00 a.m. in aud. 3406 will be held an open lecture on the discipline "Criminal Procedure" for third-year cadets of the Faculty № 2 on the topic "Jurisdiction and preparatory court proceedings". The lecture will be given by Associate Professor of the Department of Criminal Procedure and Organization of Pre-trial Investigation Oleksandr Khan.
The ICO Self-Defense Combat Championship of Ukraine was held in Brovary. The cadets of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs took part in the competition and won prizes. The athletes were trained for the competition by the teachers of the Department of Tactical and Special Physical Training of the Faculty №3, Police Captain Dmytro Konstantynov and Senior Lieutenant Anton Chernikov.
Kateryna Zhmurovska, Head of the Cadet-Student Parliament, and her deputy Nataliia Zadorozhna took part in a historical brainstorming session for higher education students dedicated to the 650th anniversary of the Magdeburg Law of Kamianets-Podilskyi.
