The cadets of the 2nd and 3rd courses of Faculties No. 2, 3 of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs were instructed on the eve of training practice in the units of the National Police in Vinnytsia region.
For students of higher education of all faculties of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs, the Department of Social and Humanitarian Work organized a series of video lectures with the aim of promoting a healthy lifestyle, preventing the use of alcohol and narcotic substances, as well as the harmfulness of smoking.
The team of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs and its separate units located in different cities of Ukraine joined the second thematic lecture of the online event "Educational Marathon", which is held by the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine as part of the global action "16 days against violence". At today's meeting, issues of modern challenges and threats related to slavery and human trafficking were discussed.
As part of the All-Ukrainian campaign "16 days against violence", binary classes were held at Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs with cadets of the 2nd year of the Faculty No. 2 with the participation of Valerii Kravchuk, the Head of the domestic violence countermeasures sector of Vinnytsia RPD of the MDNP, Vinnytsia Region, and Professor of the Department of Police Activity and Public Administration, Faculty No. 3, Vitalii Pchelin.
Cadets and staff of the Faculty No. 2 of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs with the participation of representatives of FC "Univer-Dynamo" held a meeting on the basis of the university with pupils of the Development Center for children with special mental needs "Sonechko". The purpose of the event is to help little Ukrainians to better socialize.
The cadets participating in the group prepared works on the management of the country's economic security, classification of measures to prevent corruption. On the occasion of the 300th anniversary of the birth of Hryhorii Skovoroda, the cadets made reports and presentations dedicated to the memory of the great philosopher citing parallels of his philosophy in modern conditions.
Kateryna Maravska, Ph.D., a senior researcher at the Department of Organization of Scientific Work, Department of Organization of Scientific Activity and Protection of Intellectual Property, conducted a series of video lectures for cadets of the Faculty No. 2 on issues of compliance with the principles and rules of academic integrity at Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs.
The social-humanitarian department of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs and the youth policy department of Vinnytsia City Council conducted a patriotic intellectual game "Journey through Ukraine in two hours" among cadet teams.
On the initiative of the Department of Police Activity and Public Administration of the Faculty No. 3 of KhNUIA, a lecture session was held for students of higher education of the Faculties No. 2 and No. 3 on the topic "Peculiarities of the National Police activity in the de-occupied territories".
Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs hosted the 1st stage of the 23rd International Competition of Experts of Ukrainian Language named after Petro Yatsyk, which has already become traditional. Its purpose is to establish the state status of the Ukrainian language, raise its prestige among young people, foster respect for the culture and traditions of the Ukrainian people, improve language education in Ukraine, identify creatively gifted youth, and develop their potential.
