For the purpose of cultural and aesthetic education, the Department of Social and Humanitarian Work organized a concert "From the Sources of Song Light a Dream" for students of the Faculties №2 and №3, which took place at Vinnytsia Regional Philharmonic named after M. D. Leontovych.
One of the cultural phenomena that unites Ukrainians in the world is the figure of a bright performer of Ukrainian folk and pop songs - the American singer of Ukrainian origin Kvitka Tsisyk (1953-1998). The Department of Social and Humanitarian Work of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs organized participation in the literary and musical event "Unforgettable Kvitka Tsisyk" for students of the Faculties №2 and №3 on the occasion of the 70th anniversary of her birth.
Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs held a personal distribution of graduate students of the university's faculties. A 1st year cadet of the Faculty №2 of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs, Ordinary Police Andrii Chornobryvets took part in the competition. Having demonstrated his skill and sportsmanship, Andrii won the second place in the weight category up to 85 kg.
The cadets of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs took part in the Ukrainian Championship and the Open Championship of Vinnytsia Region in Muay Thai Boxing, which took place in Vinnytsia.

The Department of Social and Humanitarian Work organized a concert "Two Zaporozhians" in Vinnytsia Regional Philharmonic named after M. D. Leontovych for students of the Faculties № 2 and № 3. The concert was dedicated to the 210th anniversary of the birth of S.S. Hulak-Artemovskyi, the author of the first opera in Ukrainian, "Zaporozhets Beyond the Danube," and consisted of fragments of an opera and a suite by composer Yurii Shevchenko.
