For first year applicants for higher education of the Faculties No. 1-4, Sumy branch and Kremenchuk Flight College of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs, a class was held to familiarize them with the features of work and functionality of the information and communication system "Educational and Scientific Portal of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine".

Rector of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs, Police General of the third rank, Valerii Sokurenko, presented epaulettes to the cadets, who were awarded regular special ranks of the junior police force, and announced thanks to the cadets for conscientious performance of official duties, initiative, perseverance on the occasion of the Day of Defenders of Ukraine.

Cadets of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs took part in the Ukrainian Muay Thai boxing championship among adults, which was held from October 13 to 16 in Odessa.

The staff and cadets of the Faculties No. 2 and No. 3 of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs congratulated the soldiers of the Armed Forces of Ukraine on the Day of Defenders of Ukraine. The cadets talked to the military, who are heroically liberating the occupied territories from the Russian invaders.

Scientific and pedagogical staff of the Department of Ukrainian Studies of the Faculty No. 2 of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs together with cadets of the Faculties No. 1 and No. 2 held a meeting of the scientific circle. The main theme of the scientific meeting was "The role of the Ukrainian language, culture and traditions in the struggle for freedom and independence".

Senior lecturer of the Department of Foreign Languages ​​of the Faculty No. 4 of KhNUIA Nataliia Horbach and lecturer of the same department Yuliia Bortnyk together with senior police lieutenant Yurii Tkachenko held a binary class on the discipline "Foreign language of professional direction" on the topic "Verbal portrait of missing and kidnapped persons" for cadets of the Faculty No. 2.

Cadets of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs took part in the open WAKO kickboxing tournament "UMA Kickboxing Open 2022", which took place on October 8, 2022 in the city of Ternopil.

Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs hosted a sports holiday dedicated to the Day of Defenders of Ukraine and the Day of the Ukrainian Cossacks. Cadets of the Faculties No. 2 and No. 3 took part in the competition.

The cadets of the final courses of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs had a meeting with the Colonel of the Armed Forces of Ukraine Oleksandr Voznyi. During the meeting, the cadets got acquainted with modern samples of explosive devices and compliance with safety measures during their detection.

A binary class on the academic discipline "Sociology" with cadets of the Faculty No. 2 of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs was conducted by Nataliia Bobro, Assistant Professor of the Department of Socio-Economic Disciplines, Candidate of Sociological Sciences, and Oksana Tsukan, Assistant to the Rector on Gender Issues of KhNUIA, Candidate of Legal Sciences, Associate Professor.
