Benefits and threats of social networks

Scientific achievements of modern society

Under this title, the II International Scientific and Practical Conference “Scientific Achievements Of Contemporary Society” was held in London (UK), in which cadets of the ERI №4 Roman Stetsyk, Ivan Tsurkan, Vadym Tovstyk and Kyrylo Chukalov took part online and presented their scientific works.

Honored kickboxing coach of Ukraine Anatolii Lobatiuk conducted a binary lesson in the discipline “Special physical training”

 The 2nd year cadets of the ERI №4 acquired the necessary knowledge and practiced a set of self-defense techniques: stances (frontal, right, left, waiting, combat); movement in stances (direction of gaze, observation of the situation, combat distance, vulnerable places on the human body); punches (fist, elbow, base of the palm, forearm), etc.

Binary classes - bringing theory to practice

Senior lecturers of the Language Training Department of KhNUIA Vita Filipska and Larysa Sazanova together with Victoria Bila, an investigator of the Police Investigation Department No. 1 of Pervomaiskyi District Police Department of the Main Department of the National Police in Mykolaiv Region, conducted a binary lesson on “Search and Confiscation” for the 4th year cadets of the ERI No. 1.

Legal Regulation of Arms Trafficking in Ukraine: New Challenges and Prospects for Solutions

Yurii Kondratskyi, Senior Lecturer of the Department of Administrative Activity of the ERI No. 3, together with Taras Markov, Head of the Arms Control Sector of Kamianets-Podilskyi District Department of the National Police in Khmelnytskyi Oblast, conducted a binary class for first-year cadets of the ERI No. 4.

Participation in the training on protection of rights, freedoms and legitimate interests of people with disabilities

The Department of Constitutional and International Law and Human Rights, with the assistance of the United Nations Development Program, organized a training for graduate students of the ERI No. 1 and No. 4 on the topic “Protection of the rights, freedoms and legitimate interests of people with disabilities in police activities and ethics of communication with them”.

Certificates of completion of the training were received by the cadets of the ERI №4 Oleksii Navrotskyi, Denys Zherebko, Serhii Kucherenko, Ruslan Havryliuk, Anatolii Lazarenko, Pavlo Bokhanchenko, Volodymyr Bilyi, Yelyzaveta Horbunova, Vladyslav Petruk, Anastasiia Horbunova, Denys Vyshynskyi, Alina Sokura, Dmytro Zemliak, Daryna Vlasova, Ilia Isichko and Yuliia Nesterenko.

Representatives of KhNUIA took part in the annual conference of the Association of European Police Colleges

The annual conference “Artificial Intelligence in Police Training” was held at the Academy of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Georgia in Tbilisi. Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs was represented by Tetiana Matiushkova, Head of the International Cooperation Department (offline) and Oleksandr Manzhai, Head of the Department of Cybercrime Counteraction (online).

Acknowledgments from the Department for Combating Cybercrime

They were received by 3rd year cadets of the ERI №4 Dmytro Kurylo and Yevhen Perepelytsia for effective cooperation with the Cybercrime Department in Kharkiv region of the Cyber Police Department of the NPU and a significant contribution to the common cause in combating criminal offenses committed in cyberspace during the legal regime of martial law.
