Webinars on improving success in learning a foreign language

Olena Stativka, Head of the Department of Foreign Languages of the Faculty № 4 of KhNUIA, took part in the international online webinar "From Forgetful to Fantastic: Improving Students' Memory" from MM Publications in Ukraine and the Linguist company. During the event, they discussed the issues of easy memorization of new information in English, improving concentration and increasing students' academic performance.

Meeting with military chaplains

A member of the secretariat of the Spiritual Council of Kamianets-Podilskyi, military chaplain Taras Banas and law enforcement chaplain, priest Oleksandr Vershyhora met with cadets of the Faculties No. 1 and No. 4 of KhNUIA who lost their relatives in the war and need parental support and care the most.

Training course "4+ Elements" for the academic staff of KhNUIA

We invite the academic staff of KhNUIA to take part in the training course "4+ Elements" on somatics, contact improvisation and performance, which will be held in the Czech Republic. At this training course, participants will learn about somatics (body awareness, grounding, pendulum movements, titration, sequencing, resources, expression) and body movement techniques (contact improvisation, authentic movements, vocal and physical compositions related to theater and performance).

Binary lesson in the discipline "International Law"

Yevhen Titov, Associate Professor of the Department of International and European Law of the Law Faculty of V. N. Karazin Kharkiv National University, together with Andrii Voitsikhovsky, Professor of the Department of Constitutional and International Law, conducted a binary class on "Basic Principles of International Law" for the cadets of the Faculty No. 1.

Taras Shevchenko's poems in English

On the occasion of the 210th anniversary of Taras Shevchenko's birth, Associate Professor of the Department of Ukrainian Studies of the Faculty № 2 Inna Holopych and Associate Professor of the Department of Foreign Languages of the Faculty № 4 Oleh Honcharuk held a bilingual class in native and English on "Reinterpretation of Taras Shevchenko's Classical Image".

Talking to students about cyberbullying

Vladyslav Kochyn, a 1st year cadet of the Faculty № 4 of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs, held a discussion about the concept of "cyberbullying" for 4th grade students of Kamianets-Podilskyi Lyceum № 8. During the conversation, the students learned what cyberbullying is and how it occurs on social media, messaging platforms (messengers), gaming platforms, and mobile phones.

Binary classes with the participation of a police officer

Ivan Huzhovskyi, a master's student of the Faculty No. 1, an investigator of the Investigation Department for Investigation of Crimes Committed Against Life and Health of Pryluky District Police Department of Chernihiv Oblast National Police, together with Yaroslav Lyzohub, Associate Professor of the Department of Criminal Law and Criminology, conducted binary classes for cadets of Faculties No. 1 and No. 4.
