The next optional lesson of the School of Scientific Leadership of KhNUIA was held by Dmytro Pashniev, Head of the Research Laboratory on Information Technology and Combating Crime in Cyberspace of the ERI №4. He familiarized the applicants for higher education with the activities of the laboratory.
A binary lesson on the discipline “Fundamentals of Criminalistics” for higher education students of the ERI №4 was conducted by employees of the Human Rights Sector of Kamianets-Podilskyi District Police Department of the National Police in Khmelnytskyi Oblast - Head of the Sector Vitalii Kavkalo and Senior Inspector Albina Melnyk.
On the Day of Defenders of Ukraine, twenty teams of higher education institutions from Khmelnytskyi region took part in the 4x100 meter relay race. The athletics team of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs took the second place in the team competition.
The leading specialist of the fire safety group of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs Yurii Chukhrii met with the students of the ERI №1, №4 and №5. He acquainted the cadets and students with the basic rules of fire safety, reminded them of the requirements for fire safety in everyday life, explained the algorithm of actions in case of a fire in the premises
Curators of educational work, specialists of the Department of Social and Humanitarian Work Valentina Lavrusenko, Natalia Kuznetsova, Maria Artiukhova and Andrii Prokhorov held conversations on bullying prevention for students of the ERI №№1-4.
An online meeting with the students of the State Educational Institution “Regional Center for Professional Education of Innovative Technologies of Construction and Industry”, headed by Natalia Yukliaievska, was held by representatives of the ERI No. 4.
On the International Student Sports Day, students of the Educational and Research Institutes №№ 1-5 competed in various sports: kettlebell relay, football and basketball. During the competition, the struggle between the teams was emotional, intense and persistent. The players demonstrated team spirit, will to win and spent time with health benefits.
The commentary is devoted to the study of the scientific and theoretical foundations of the crime under Article 111 2 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine “Aiding the aggressor state”, various aspects of its practical application under the legal regime of martial law, and the distinction of this crime from related ones.
The course was attended by higher education applicants and academic staff of the ERI №4. Obtaining certificates was not only a confirmation of knowledge, but also an obligation to adhere to ethical principles in teaching and learning to obtain quality education, writing research, etc.
“International Criminal Court. Ratification of the Rome Statute of the ICC” was the topic of the lecture, which was attended by representatives of the Department of Constitutional and International Law and Human Rights: Professors Yurii Kolomiiets, Andrii Voitsikhovskyi and Dmytro Slynko, Associate Professors Oleksandr Radchenko and Daria Heta, as well as Senior Lecturer Nataliia Filipska.
