Oleksandr Kukhariev, Professor of the Department of Civil Law and Procedure of the Educational and Research Institute No. 5 of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs, delivered lectures on ‘General Provisions on Inheritance’ and ‘Inheritance by Will’ as part of the training for judges of the civil chambers of the appellate courts.
Representatives of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs took part in the training on ‘Sexual Violence during Armed Conflict’, which took place in Uzhhorod. During the training, the participants analysed the legal framework of both domestic and international legislation applicable during armed conflict, considered the facts of sexual violence with a focus on Ukraine.

The Head of the Department of Criminal Procedure, Criminalistics and Expertology of the ERI №5, Doctor of Law, Professor Mykhailo Shcherbakovskyi took part in a large-scale scientific event on the topic ‘Topical issues of forensic examination and criminalistics’.
Vladyslav Doroshenko, Associate Professor of the Department of Law Enforcement at the ERI #5, held an open lecture on the discipline “Administrative Law and Process” for 2nd year students majoring in Law on the topic “Public Service”.
