Within the framework of the Week of Ukrainian writing and language, assistant professor of the Department of Humanities and Ukrainian Studies of KhNUIA, candidate of philological sciences Nataliia Kobylko held an educational event for first-year students of the ERI No. 5. The lecturer spoke about the figure of Nestor the Chronicler in national history and culture.

As part of the career guidance work, Nataliia Olendra, Senior Lecturer of the Language Training Department of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs, met with the graduating class of Netishyn Academic Lyceum of Netishyn City Council of Shepetivka District, Khmelnytskyi Region.

Traditionally, on the Day of Ukrainian Writing and Language, teachers, schoolchildren, students, scientists, politicians, public figures, as well as those who care about the fate of their native language both in their homeland and far beyond its borders, write a radio dictation of national unity. Holding such a large-scale event is an extremely important initiative to unite many fans around the Ukrainian language and culture.

Judge of the Court of Appeal of Kharkiv Region Viktor Yatsyna and Professor of the Department of Civil Law and Procedure Volodymyr Kroitor conducted a binary class for full-time students of the second (master's) level of higher education at the ERI No. 5.

Volodymyr Kroitor, Professor of the Department of Civil Law and Procedure of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs, completed the training programme ‘Professional Burnout of Civil Servants: Diagnosis, Prevention, Rehabilitation. Growing personality - healed society’ and received a certificate.

Oleksandr Kukhariev, Professor of the Department of Civil Law and Procedure of the Educational and Research Institute No. 5 of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs, delivered lectures on ‘General Provisions on Inheritance’ and ‘Inheritance by Will’ as part of the training for judges of the civil chambers of the appellate courts.

Representatives of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs took part in the training on ‘Sexual Violence during Armed Conflict’, which took place in Uzhhorod. During the training, the participants analysed the legal framework of both domestic and international legislation applicable during armed conflict, considered the facts of sexual violence with a focus on Ukraine.

Member of the Family Law Centre of the Ukrainian National Bar Association, attorney-at-law Marharyta Burlak conducted a binary class for higher education students of the ERI № 5 of KhNUIA, who are studying in the speciality ‘Finance, Banking and Insurance’ and foreign students majoring in ‘Law’ in the discipline ‘Doctrines of Private International Law’.
