The team of the Faculty № 4 of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs, consisting of higher education students majoring in Cybersecurity and Information Protection, took part in the international cybersecurity competition in the format Capture the Flag - University CTF 2023: Brains & Bytes (https://ctf.hackthebox.com/event/details/university-ctf-2023-brains-bytes-1231) on the Hack The Box Internet platform.

Improving the effectiveness of English language teaching

Olena Stativka, Head of the Department of Foreign Languages of the Faculty № 4 of KhNUIA, attended the International Online Webinar "Teaching grammar for young learners" from Cambridge University Press and Assessment, which discussed modern methods of teaching English grammar: the use of certain strategies and tools necessary for communication.

With the organizational support of the International Cooperation Department, representatives of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs are gaining new knowledge on the LEEd CEPOL online educational platform from the European Union Agency for Law Enforcement Training.

Representatives of the Department of International Cooperation of KhNUIA joined the event organized by Media Center Ukraine. During the event, the coordinators of the UN Foundation's Cities and Communities Free from Domestic Violence project, the Survivors Assistance Center, and the Way Home NGO discussed topical issues, including preventing and combating violence against women and girls.

KhNUIA representative successfully completes online English course for police officers

Police Major Liudmyla Sobchenko, Head of the Department of Regime and Secret Support of KhNUIA, has successfully completed an 8-week online English course for police officers "2012/2023/ONL English for law enforcement officials II" organized by the European Union Agency for Law Enforcement Training (CEPOL) and the British Language Centre.
