On the occasion of the anniversary of Heydar Aliyev's birth, the Embassy of the Republic of Azerbaijan in Ukraine together with the Ukrainian-Turkic Center in Kyiv awarded the finalists of the All-Ukrainian essay contest on the theme "The role of the national leader of the Azerbaijani people Heydar Aliyev in the development of Ukrainian-Azerbaijani relations".
