Participation in an online mediation training

Associate Professor of the Department of Theory and History of the State and Law, Faculty No. 1, Olena Yushkevych took part in the Certified Online Mediation Training held at the International Mediation Campus.

Improvement of professional skills

Oleksandr Skliar, a lecturer of the Department of Tactical and Special Physical Training of the Faculty No. 3 of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs completed the online course "Basic Psychological Assistance in War Conditions" on the Prometheus open platform, developed as part of the "Urgent EU Support for Civil Society" project, implemented by ISAR Union with the financial support of the European Union.

The cadets participated in a training on providing aid to the wounded in the conditions of hostilities

Third and fourth year cadets of the Faculty No. 1 took part in the training on the topics "Tactical Combat Casualty Care" ("Providing aid to the wounded in the conditions of hostilities") and "Basic Life Support" (Basic Life Support Protocol), which took place in Kamianets-Podilskyi during August 8–10, 2022.

Improving the professional competence of KhNUIA academic staff

As part of professional development, representatives of the Department of Foreign Languages ​​of the Faculty No. 4, Head of the department Olena Stativka and lecturers of the same department Valentyna Pochuieva, Oleh Honcharuk, Liubov Rusanova, Larysa Sazanova, Valentyna Kochyna and Artem Bilousov took part in the international online webinar "Stepping Beyond Teaching: Exploring Writing as a Career" from the British Council.

The professor of the Department of Legal Disciplines took a course at the University of Malmö (Sweden)

Professor of the Department of Legal Disciplines of Sumy Branch of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs, Natalia Horobets, became an in-person student of the course "The Swedish school system" and "Swedish education system" at the University of Malmö (Sweden). 

Formation of a new generation of youth leaders

The head of the School of Scientific Leadership of KhNUIA Vitalii Naida successfully passed all qualification stages and received the status of youth leader for sustainable development of the United People Global (UPG) program. Participants from all over the world were selected to participate in the program. 

Training on the LEEd CEPOL platform is ongoing

The Vice-Rector of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs, Leonid Mohilevskyi, took part in the webinar in English "Crime prevention through environmental design – Preventing and mitigating the effects of terrorism in public places" on the LEEd CEPOL online educational platform.

Participation in an International Conference

Professor of the Department of Sociology and Psychology of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs, Doctor of Pedagogical Sciences, Professor, Valentyna Tiurina took part in the work of the XXVIII International Scientific and Practical Conference "Science and practice, actual problems, innovations", which was held remotely in Milan, Italy.

The representatives of the university became participants in the training on the practice of the European Court of Human Rights

The 4th year cadets of the Faculty No. 1 and representatives of the scientific and pedagogical staff of the University took part in the two-day training "Application of the practice of the ECtHR in the consideration of criminal proceedings on corruption", which took place in Kamianets-Podilskyi during July 14-15, 2022, organized by the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) in Ukraine within the framework of the UN Recovery and Peacebuilding Programme, funded by the European Union.
