As part of the implementation of the international technical assistance project "Improving the State of Security and Response to Sources of Ionizing Radiation in Ukraine", a meeting of the working group of representatives of the Radiological Safety Office of the US Department of Energy, the Department of Education, Science and Sports of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine, the State Inspection of Nuclear Regulation of Ukraine, developers was held in Vienna course and trainees-observers from higher education institutions with specific learning conditions of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine.
The staff of the Department of Pedagogy and Psychology and specialists of the Department of Psychological Support took part in a two-day online training session on stress management and post-traumatic stress disorder for psychologists of higher education institutions of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine. The training was organized by the European Union Advisory Mission (EUAM) in Ukraine.
An online presentation on the topic "Prospects and possibilities of the Co-tutelles de these program in Ukraine" was held for students of higher education, as well as representatives of the scientific and scientific-pedagogical staff of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs, within the framework of the "Scientist Support Office" project. The speaker of the event was Viktoriia Lemeshchenko-Lahoda, Coordinator of the Scientist Support Office.
The Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs was visited by the Head of UNODC Program Office in Ukraine Ms. Harsheth Virk. This is her first introductory visit to the University. The purpose of the visit is to get acquainted with the territory, the material and technical base of the university and to determine the prospective directions of cooperation between the university and UNODC.
On January 23, 2023, in the city of Vienna (Republic of Austria) with the participation of representatives of the Department of Education, Science and Sports of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine, institutions of higher education with specific learning conditions belonging to the sphere of administration of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, the State Inspection of Nuclear Regulation of Ukraine, and the Department of Radiological Safety of the National Nuclear Security Administration of the Department of Energy of the United States of America has launched a pilot international training on responding to threats related to sources of ionizing radiation.
On January 24, 2023 at 4:00 p.m., an online presentation will be held regarding participation in the Cotutelle program. The Cotutelle international degree program encourages the mobility of graduate students through the development of scientific cooperation between domestic and foreign scientific institutions and educational institutions.
From February 6 to March 17, 2023, the "European Professional Development League" together with Krakow University of Economics and Malopolska School of Public Administration in the city of Krakow is organizing an online internship for teaching and research-pedagogical employees of higher education institutions of I-IV levels of accreditation, regardless of forms of ownership and subordination, on the basis of Krakow University of Economics (Poland) on the topic: "New and innovative teaching methods".

For staff and cadets of faculties No. 1 and No. 4 of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs, a meeting was held with Dmytro Yarovyi, a representative of the Association of Sappers of Ukraine - a certified instructor of preparedness and protection in case of CPP/EORE conflicts.
Students of the 1st-2nd years of the Faculty No. 6 of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs, majoring in Cybersecurity, and lecturers of the Department of Cybersecurity and DATA Technologies participated in the DAAD international academic exchange program "Digital Ukraine: Ensuring Academic Success in Crisis (2022) ".
