International summer school under the Horizon 2020 program project "European Regional Partnership for Gender Equality in the Digital Age" (EQUALS-EU)

The last week of the international summer school of the EQUALS-EU project was dedicated to the topic "Eliminating exclusion and promoting women's digital rights". The host, the Gender Center of the Graduate Institute of International and Development Studies (Geneva, Switzerland), organized useful and interesting workshops and seminars: "Strategy development and advocacy processes for digital inclusion of women", "Writing gender-oriented policy documents for digital inclusion of women".

One of the objectives of the Horizon 2020 project "European Regional Partnership for Gender Equality in the Digital Age" is to create sustainable and inclusive ecosystems of social innovation in local communities, cities in Europe and non-European countries in the Global South and North.

The annual World Summit on the Information Society (WSIS) is a global multilateral platform to support implementation of the World Summit on the Information Society`s lines of action to promote the Sustainable Development Goals, organized by the International Telecommunication Union (a specialized agency of the United Nations), UNESCO, UNDP and UNCTAD (a of the UN General Assembly) in close cooperation with all coordinators and facilitators of the WSIS Action Lines and other UN organizations.

Representatives of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs on gender issues took part in the meeting of the NOTIONES consortium in the city of Bilbao (Kingdom of Spain). The purpose of the visit was to participate in the second workshop, round table and General Assembly of the consortium.

With the support of the Horizon 2020 EQUALS-EU project "European Regional Partnership for Gender Equality in the Age of Digital Technologies", storytelling was carried out in online and offline formats on the topic "Destroyers of Stereotypes".

Scientific and practical seminar "Gender equality as a strategy for the future"

With the informational support of the Horizon 2020 EQUALS-EU project "European Regional Partnership for Gender Equality in the Age of Digital Technologies" together with the coordinator of the National Action Plan for the Implementation of UN Security Council Resolution 1325 "Women, Peace, Security" for Poltava region, a sociologist and the Head of the NGO " Kremenchuk anti-corruption center" Oksana Guida held a scientific and practical seminar on the topic "Gender equality as a strategy for the future".

Associate Professor of the Department of Humanitarian Disciplines of Sumy Branch of KhNUIA Tetiana Bilous took part in the seminar "Horizon Europe for Ukraine", organized by the Scientist Support Office at the initiative of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine.
