I sincerely congratulate the native institution of higher education - Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs, management, scientists, employees, cadets, students, listeners, graduates and veterans on the 26th anniversary!

The way of the University is good fame and high achievements in educational activity, scientific and pedagogical work, and national-patriotic education. Employees whose professionalism is based on a strong tradition of training lawyers have gained credibility and recognition far beyond Ukraine. It is impossible to overestimate their contribution to the development of domestic legal and law enforcement systems.

Everyone who was lucky enough to study at our educational institution remembers their alma mater with gratitude. I emphasize "our" because I am a graduate of the best educational institution of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine - Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs. I have worked here for many years and I can say that we have something to be proud of, we believe that new achievements and new victories are ahead.
