About the project:
“Share the Rainbow” aims to be a training course focused on youth workers and their daily practice involving gender inclusiveness and support to LGBTQ+ people and the community. We also aim to help build bridges between youth workers and participating associations so that more effective, sustainable, and accelerated change can take place. Youth workers will learn from each other and lead change together. Within such training, they will be bringing the benefits of collaboration back to their community. “Share the Rainbow” aims therefore to provide participants with the necessary competences to include sexual orientation and gender identity (SOGI) in their youth work practice, and to combat prejudice and discriminatory attitudes towards the LGBTQ+ community.
Objectives:
• To promote equality, solidarity and social inclusion among all, especially on the basis of gender identity and different sexual orientation;
• To support youth workers with knowledge and activities to improve the inclusion of LGBTQ+ youth in their organizations and provide a safe space;
• To facilitate intercultural learning among participants from different EU and partner countries, exchanging information on LGBTQ+ reality in different countries while building international partnership and co-operation;
• To strengthen the capacities of youth workers and their NGOs to actively participate in society on the debate of human rights by providing tools and activities for campaigning acceptance of diversity
and equality, contributing to the development of a sense of European citizenship.

Учасники:
- Молодіжні працівники, викладачі, вихователі, фасилітатори та молодіжні лідери 18+;
- Зі знанням англійської мови;
- Можливість виїхати за кордон, або знаходження за кордоном;

Проект фінансується програмою Erasmus+, яка покриває:
- 100% витрат на харчування, проживання;
- 100% проїзду до місця проведення і назад (якщо витрати не перевищують ліміт 275 євро).

Благодійний внесок за проект - 600 грн (після того, як Вас затвердили організатори)
