NGO ''Vzayemopomich'' шукає 7 учасників (-ць), для участі у молодіжному обміні "Career Bridges - Success Story of mine”, що відбудеться 6-15 листопада у Torre Lapillo, Italy

Young people at an early age are facing issues related to their career choices. They find it hard to choose the right profession and even when they choose it, they are confused and not sure whether they made it right. Once they know what they want, they are still confused about ways to reach their career goals. Young people do not have enough space where they can freely discuss what they are struggling with. They need to raise their questions and get answers to them in order to be successful in their careers.

Main objectives:
- To figure out what the current stage of their career is and to elaborate their strength and weaknesses
- To create the right mindset that determines the right career choice and development path
-To find motivation on how to get satisfaction on short-term and long-term basis
- To break career-related stereotypes and to promote equal opportunities
- To see the added value of cultural diversity and to find new career development opportunities while respecting solidarity

Учасники:
- Молодь 18-25
- Зі знанням англійської мови;
- Можливістю виїхати за кордон, або перебуваючи вже за кордоном;

Проект фінансується програмою Erasmus +, яка охоплює:
- 100% витрат на харчування, проживання;
- 100% проїзду до місця проведення і назад (до 275 євро).

Благодійний внесок за проект - 600 грн. (після того, як вас затвердили організатори).
