For 4th-year students of the specialty "Cybersecurity and Information Protection", the class was conducted by Volodymyr HOMON, a forensic expert from the computer engineering and telecommunications research sector of the laboratory for researching information technology objects of the Scientific Research Center for Forensic Expertise.

Director of the institute Oksana BRUSAKOVA presented Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs, focusing on the peculiarities of admission, its educational and scientific institutes, introduced the individual specialties in which students are trained at the ERI No. 5, and focused on the profession of a lawyer.

Associate Professor of the Department of Administrative Law and Procedure of the ERI No. 3 Oleksandr PABAT, together with the inspector of the juvenile prevention sector of Kamianets-Podilskyi Regional Unit of the Main Police Department in Khmelnytskyi region, Petro PRYDRUHA, conducted a binary lesson for cadets of the ERI No. 4.

The curators organized educational events for students dedicated to one of the most terrible tragedies in the history of mankind - the Holocaust. The topic was the importance of preserving the historical memory of the events of that time, because only understanding the lessons of the past can prevent their repetition in the future.

4th year students of the ERI No. 5 listened to a lecture by the head of the Department of Criminal Procedure, Criminology and Expertise Mykhailo SHCHERBAKOVSKYI and professor of the Department of Criminology and Pre-medical Training of Dnipro State University of Internal Affairs Ihor PYROH.

Associate Professor of the Department of Criminal Law and Criminology Oleksandr Avdieiev checked the internship of students of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs in the Police Department No. 2 of Kharkiv District Police Department No. 1 of the Main Department of the National Police in Kharkiv region. Future investigators and detectives are trained according to approved individual plans under the guidance of mentors.

During the career guidance online meeting organized by the Department of Sociology and Psychology of the Educational and Research Institute №5, Doctor of Sociology, Professor Iryna Nechitailo together with Senior Lecturer Nadia Chepelieva told the lyceum students about the prospects of obtaining the profession of psychologist.
