On the occasion of the Day of Remembrance of Heroes of Kruty, at all locations of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs, students put flowers at the monuments to the Heroes who gave their lives for the territorial integrity and independence of our country. With a minute of silence, they honored the bright memory, courage, strength of spirit, resilience and heroic feat of the defenders of Ukraine.

Curators of educational groups of the ERI No. 5 held educational online meetings and gatherings with students dedicated to honoring the memory of the Heroes of Kruty. During the events, participants spoke about the feat of Ukrainian youth in 1918, which became a symbol of patriotism in the struggle for the country's independence.

The Battle of Kruty on January 29, 1918, which became a symbol of heroism and self-sacrifice of young representatives of our people in the struggle for independence, in the historical and patriotic-educational dimension is a valuable reference point for current and future generations of defenders of the Ukrainian state.

Curators of educational work of the Department of Social and Humanitarian Work held informational and educational conversations with students of Educational and Research Institutes No. 1-5, dedicated to the 107th anniversary of the Day of Remembrance of Kruty Heroes.

It was January 1918... The Ukrainian Revolution had been going on for 10 months. The power of the Russian Tsardom was overthrown, the statehood of Ukraine was restored in the form of the Ukrainian People's Republic, local authorities were created, education and culture were Ukrainized, but a new enemy-adversary stood at the borders of Ukraine - Russian Bilshovysm.

The event was attended by the scientific and pedagogical staff and cadets of the ERI No. 1 and ERI No. 4, as well as representatives of Kamianets-Podilskyi DPD of the MDNP in Khmelnytskyi region, the patrol police battalion servicing Kamianets-Podilskyi district of the DPD in Khmelnytskyi region of the PPD of the NPU.

For the cadets of the ERI No. 1, the lesson was conducted by the Deputy Head of the criminal police department of Kamianets-Podilskyi DPD of the Main Police Department in Khmelnytskyi region, Dmytro ZATSERKIVNYI, and Associate Professor of the Department of Criminal Procedure and Organization of Pre-Trial Investigation, Alina PIDDUBNA.

Professor of the Department of Legal Support of Entrepreneurial Activity and Financial Security of the ERI No. 5 Yulia KYRYCHENKO held an online meeting with 11th grade students of Kharkiv Lyceum No. 114. During the event, she introduced the high school students to the history of the university, its achievements, and the features of the admission campaign.

As part of long-term cooperation, 17 representatives of the European Union Advisory Mission in Ukraine, 15 of them foreigners, arrived to Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs in Kamianets-Podilskyi.

Lidia KALIENICHENKO, Head of the Department of Information Systems and Technologies of the ERI No. 4 of KhNUIA, and Dmytro SLYNKO, Professor of the Department of Constitutional and International Law and Human Rights, successfully completed training under the program of all-Ukrainian scientific and pedagogical advanced training "Features of the formation and development of the brand of a higher education institution in the digital environment."
