The Virtual Ukraine Institute for Advanced Study offers a monthly stipend of €500 for PhD students and €1000 for researchers at all stages of their career who have a PhD and are not yet retired to continue working on their chosen research project.
A three-week International Summer School has started in three countries: Latvia, the Swiss Confederation and the Kingdom of Spain. The co-organizer of the summer school is Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs, but due to military aggression, the first week of classes was moved from Kharkiv to Riga (Latvia).

Oksana Sobko, a participant of the School of Scientific Leadership, a 2nd year cadet of the Faculty № 2 of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs, under the scientific guidance of the Head of the School Vitalii Naida, prepared a paper "On the issue of creative self-realization of students of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine" and took part in the II All-Ukrainian Scientific and Practical Conference "Art Education in the Interdisciplinary Dimension".
On World Blood Donor Day, employees, cadets, students and master's students of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs donated blood and its components for the needs of the Armed Forces of Ukraine and civilians.

Within the framework of the project "European Union Support to Displaced Higher Education Institutions in Eastern Ukraine", implemented by UNDP under the UN Recovery and Peacebuilding Programme with the financial support of the European Union, 3rd year cadets of the Faculty No. 1 of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs Vladyslava Merzliakova and Polina Burdyka attended a training on "Anti-Corruption Practices in Ukraine: US and EU Comparative Aspect", which took place in Kyiv.
Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs once again held events related to blood donation. Natalia Sadova, a specialist of the University's Department of International Cooperation, took part in the formation of a blood bank.
