Within the framework of the Law Week, Professor of the Department of Legal Disciplines Svitlana Vashchenko and Senior Inspector on Special Instructions of the Department of Administrative Practice of the Patrol Police Department in Sumy Region, Police Captain Olha Zapadnia held a binary lesson on the discipline "Administrative and Jurisdictional Activities of the Police" on the topic "Proceedings on administrative offenses in the field of road safety".

On the Day of Defenders and Defendersses of Ukraine  — the national holiday of Ukraine, which is celebrated on October 14, at the same time as the feasts of the Intercession of the Blessed Virgin Mary and the Day of the Ukrainian Cossacks, the Scientific Library of the University presents an expanded book and illustrative exposition "Ukraine from Cossack times to the present".

Students of faculty No 6 of KhNUIA with the support of faculty dean, Oksana Brusakova, organized a volunteer visit to the museum-estate ''Ukrainian House'' which is located in village Nyzhnia Ozeriana Kharkiv region.

Cadets of Faculty № 4 KhNUIA together with the Deputy Dean for Educational and Methodological Work of Faculty № 4 Police Major Yurii Onyshchenko visited the exhibition "ATO- JFO through the eyes of contemporary artists", which takes place at the Center for Contemporary Art "YermilovCenter".

Sumy branch of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs, in compliance with all quarantine requirements, together with the MDNP in Sumy region and the Patrol Police Department in Sumy region hosted an Open Day. The educational institution was visited by more than 100 future graduates of secondary schools of Sumy and Sumy region, as well as students of colleges and schools.

The cadet of the 3rd year of faculty No 1 of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs Mykyta Bielievtsov, who is a member of the School of Scientific Leadership, took part in youth exchange "CultRuralLabIV" of Erazmus+ program held in the village of Poronin (Poland).

Cadets of faculty No 2 of KhNUIA together with the curator - associate professor of the Department of Labor and Economic Law of faculty No 2 Olena Chornous joined the creative direction of classical musical works and visited Kharkiv Regional Philharmonic, where the program "Polish music in Ukraine: Chopin, Karlovich, Moniushko" was presented.

Valentyna Syvolozhska, a teacher of the cycle commission for aircraft maintenance of Kremenchug Flight College of KhNUIA, held a round table ''KLK Youth for a Healthy Lifestyle!'' on the topic ''Rational eating the basis of a normal metabolism''

The European Traditional Karate Championship took place in Katowice (Poland). The competition was attended by cadets of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs – members of the national team of Ukraine in traditional karate and a coach – a senior lecturer at the Department of Tactical and Special Physical Training of the Faculty №3 Yurii Povkh. According to the results of the competition, the athletes of the university took prizes.

Dean of the Faculty №6 of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs Oksana Brusakova met with the coach of the project “Active Citizens”, a member of the team of the Charitable Organization “Charitable Foundation ''Welfare of Ukraine”” Yuliia Bashuk-Kolontaievska.
