
On the occasion of the 30th anniversary of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs as a university, the curator of the group, professor of the Department of Criminology and Forensic Expertise Ihor Zozulia gave a lecture to the cadets, which highlighted innovative approaches to the educational process, the formation of ethical standards and patriotic values.

On the eve of the celebration of the 30th anniversary of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs in the status of a university for higher education students of the Educational and Research Institutes No. 1-4, curators of the Department of Social and Humanitarian Work held thematic informational and educational talks.

The curators of the academic groups of the ERI №4 and the ERI №1 held educational hours on the topic ‘On our flag ’Knowledge. Law. Honour. Victory’. Lecturers told about the historical stages of the university, its achievements and importance in training specialists for the law enforcement system of Ukraine.

The cadets, students, master's students and staff of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs watched the documentary film 1000 Days of Freedom, presented by the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine on the occasion of the thousandth day of the full-scale war and the fight against Russian armed aggression.

The lesson was conducted by Ruslana Marchuk, a polygraph examiner and senior operative of the Criminal Investigation Department of the Criminal Investigation Department of Chernivtsi Oblast Police, together with Kyrylo Cherevko, a professor of the Department of Criminal Law and Criminology at the ERI No. 1.

Vitalii Romaniuk, Director of the Educational and Research Institute No. 1 of KhNUIA, and his deputy for educational and research activities Oleksii Salmanov took a refresher course on ‘Counteracting and Preventing Bullying (Harassment) in Educational Institutions’ on the Prometheus online educational platform.

The Mayor congratulated the students, lecturers and Rectors of the city's universities on the International Students' Day, thanked the young people for their contribution to the development of Kharkiv even in difficult war conditions, and wished them success in their studies and future achievements. Lina Kharlamova, a cadet of the ERI №. 1, and Valeria Dehtiarova, a cadet of the ERI №. 2, received the Mayor's letters of appreciation.

The cadets of the ERI No. 1 together with the curator, Professor of the Department of Criminalistics and Forensic Science Ihor Zozulia put flowers at the memorial to the fallen in the Russian-Ukrainian war, which has been going on for 1000 days. With a minute of silence, the cadets honoured the memory of the defenders who gave their lives for the freedom and independence of Ukraine.

The students of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs took part in the sports competitions held in Kyiv. The cadets won prizes in their weight categories.

The artistic performances were demonstrated by the cadets and students of the ERI No. 1, 4, 5, which were evaluated by the competent jury. Creative performances were presented in the following nominations: ‘Vocal genre’, “Choreography” and ’Freshman debut. Number of choice’.
