On the occasion of the Day of Ukrainian Writing and Language, employees of the Department of Social and Humanitarian Work held an information and educational hour for higher education students of the ERI No. 1–5, Sumy branch, and Kremenchuk Flight College on the topic "History of the Ukrainian Language - the Roots of the Nation."

A meeting was held between the cadets of the ERI No. 1 and the curator, Professor of the Department of Criminalistics and Forensic Science, Oleksandr YUKHNO, on cyber hygiene issues. The cadets learned how to protect their personal data, create strong passwords, recognize fraudulent sites, and avoid cyber threats on social networks.

Within the framework of the discipline "Foreign language of professional orientation" for first-year students of the ERI No. 1, a lesson on the topic "Structure and tasks of law enforcement agencies of Ukraine. Duties and powers of a law enforcement officer" was held.

Senior lecturer of the Department of Tactical Special Training of the ERI No. 2 Serhii KUCHYNSKYI held another optional class on the special course "Mining Sapper" for cadets studying at the scientific and practical center of the Department of Mine Action.

Associate Professor of the Department of Criminal Law and Criminology of the ERI No. 1 Iryna LUTSENKO, together with the investigator of the Investigation Department of the Main Police Department in Kharkiv Region Diana DANYLENKO, held a binary lesson for cadets of the ERI No. 2, dedicated to the peculiarities of the investigation of crimes against life and health of a person.

Members of the scientific circle of the Department of Criminalistics and Forensic Expertise of the ERI No. 1 took part in an open lecture on the topic "Issues of Ensuring Academic Integrity in the Age of Artificial Intelligence". The speaker of the event was Olena HOROBETS, Head of the Department of Statistics and Mathematical Methods in Economics of the National Academy of Statistics, Accounting and Audit.

For students of the ERI No. 1, a binary lesson on the discipline "Tactical and Special Training" was conducted by senior lecturers of the Department of Tactical and Special Training of the ERI No. 2, Viktor YASKO and Mykhailo BAMBULIAK.

A meeting of first-year cadets with the curator - Associate Professor of the Department of Criminal Procedure and Organization of Pre-Trial Investigation, Candidate of Law, Associate Professor Oleksandr KHAN was held at the ERI No. 1. The event was dedicated to the topic of cyber ​​hygiene.

During a binary lesson on the topic "Identification of explosive objects", cadets of the ERI No. 1 were introduced to the types of improvised explosive devices, their probable locations, as well as the procedure for action in the event of a threat or the commission of a terrorist act.

In order to combine theoretical knowledge and practical experience for cadets of the ERI No. 1, a binary class on the academic discipline "Pre-trial investigation" was held. The class was conducted by the Head of the Department of Criminal Procedure and Organization of Pre-trial Investigation of the ERI No. 1, Tetiana FOMINA, together with lawyer Vasyl FEDYTNYK.
