
A large-scale international investment forum, Podillia Investment Summit 2025, was held in Kamianets-Podilskyi, bringing together investors, entrepreneurs, representatives of international organizations, educators and everyone interested in the development of Podillia and Ukraine.

The open Khmelnytskyi Region Athletics Cup was held in the city of Kamianets-Podilskyi. Cadets of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs took an active part in the competitions, demonstrating high results.

The first founding meeting of the scientific circle "Current Problems of the Theory and History of State and Law" was attended by leading scientists of the department: Head of the Department Ihor NEVZOROV, Professors Ihor LOHVYNENKO, Yulia ZAHUMENNA, Viktor LAZARIEV, Borys HOLOVKO, as well as senior lecturer Dmytro KOLIESNIKOV.

Professor of the Department of Civil Law and Procedure of the ERI No. 5 Volodymyr KROITOR and Professor of the Department of Civil, Labor and Economic Law of the ERI No. 1 Sviatoslav SLIPCHENKO took part in the XIV International Civil Forum "Reforming Intellectual Property Law in the Conditions of Recodification of the Civil Legislation of Ukraine".

The events on the occasion of the oath-taking of the first-year police officer were held at Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs. These are talented young people from all regions of Ukraine, including graduates of lyceums with enhanced military-physical training, honor students, prize-winners of Olympiads, etc.

During the celebrations for the Day of Defenders of Ukraine, employees and students of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs were awarded.

In early September, Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs team, which included cadets of the ERI No. 2 Milena TSVIETKOVA, Polina DIAKOVA, Yevhen NOVIKOV, Svitlana SHAPOVALOVA, ERI No. 1 Diana KOROTKA and ERI No. 4 Ivan ANDRIIENKO, won a grant to implement the “Financial Patrol” project.

Representatives of the scientific circle of the Department of Criminal Law and Criminology of the ERI No. 1 held the first organizational meeting in the 2025/2026 academic year. Associate Professor of the Department Tetiana SHEVCHUK outlined the goal, objectives and main forms of activity of the circle.

The scientific and pedagogical staff of the Department of Forensic Science and Forensic Expertise of the ERI No. 1 continues to deepen the practical training of future law enforcement officers. As part of the study of the discipline "Forensic Science", a practical lesson was held at a specialized training location that recreated the atmosphere of a torture chamber.

Associate Professor of the Department of Criminal Law and Criminology of the ERI No. 1 Kseniia YURTAIEVA held a curator's hour for cadets of the ERI No. 1, dedicated to the Day of Remembrance of those killed in Babyn Yar. Together with the cadets, she conducted a historical review of the events of 84 years ago related to the mass shooting of Jews in Babyn Yar.
