Representatives of the Department of Criminal Procedure and Pre-Trial Investigation of the Faculty No.1 of KhNUIA Vitalii Romaniuk and Olena Zavorina joined the expert discussion of possible changes to the Criminal Procedure Code of Ukraine regarding cases related to domestic violence.

Oleksii Lytvynov, Head of the Department of Criminal Law and Criminology of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs, Doctor of Legal Sciences, Professor, Honored Worker of Education, won the Competition named after Academician Volodymyr Stashis in the nomination “The best organizer in the field of criminal law cycle sciences”.
