As part of long-term cooperation, 17 representatives of the European Union Advisory Mission in Ukraine, 15 of them foreigners, arrived to Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs in Kamianets-Podilskyi.

Associate Professor of the Department of Criminal Law and Criminology Oleksandr Avdieiev checked the internship of students of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs in the Police Department No. 2 of Kharkiv District Police Department No. 1 of the Main Department of the National Police in Kharkiv region. Future investigators and detectives are trained according to approved individual plans under the guidance of mentors.

Leonid TRAHTENBERG, Director of Vinnytsia Holocaust Museum, and students of the Children's Professional Training School and Film “School of Actors” held an online and offline meeting with students at all locations of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs.

During her internship, Natalia Zadorozhna, a 4th year cadet of the ERI №1, held a career guidance meeting with students of Okhtyrka Secondary School №1 and told the students about the peculiarities of studying at KhNUIA, the benefits of obtaining education in an institution with specific learning conditions.

Kateryna PENZIEVA, Senior Lecturer at the Department of Criminalistics and Forensic Science, ERI No. 1, held an online meeting with students of Khodorovetskyi Lyceum of Kamianets-Podilskyi City Council, Khmelnytskyi region. She told the young people about the educational opportunities of the University, in particular, Educational and Research Institutes, specialties, and study conditions.

On this topic, as part of non-formal (informal) education, the cadets of the ERI No. 1 completed a training course developed with the support of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on the EdEra online educational platform. The students got acquainted with the basic concepts of the system of enforcement ,decisions participants in enforcement proceedings and the concept of a private enforcement officer.

Applicants for the first (bachelor's) level of education under the educational program 262 “Law Enforcement” undergo an internship at the National Police departments in almost all regions of Ukraine. This allows future police officers to adapt to the conditions of service, as well as to get acquainted with the specifics of documentation.

The cadets of the ERI #1 of KhNUIA are regular participants in blood donations at Kamianets-Podilskyi Blood Center. They regularly donate blood and its components for military personnel, civilians and anyone in need. The youth calls on everyone who cares to join in replenishing the reserves of donated blood, which can save many lives!

The university staff and cadets met with representatives of the Kadyievtskyi Lyceum of Orynynska village council of Kamianets-Podilskyi district - with future graduates, the teaching staff and the director Inna Sereda.

Olena Yushkevych, Associate Professor of the Department of Theory and History of State and Law, curator of the study group of the ERI №1, held a conversation with the cadets about the celebration of the Day of Unity of Ukraine. She made a special emphasis on the fact that unity remains on the agenda of national tasks today.
