The Department of Criminal Procedure and Organization of Pre-trial Investigation and the Department of Criminalistics, Forensic Science and Pre-medical Training of the Faculty No. 1 and No. 4 of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs conducted tactical and special training for cadets of the Faculty No. 1 on the peculiarities of actions of investigative teams (AIT) during the documentation of war crimes and war-related crimes.
Halit Bulanikli, delegate of the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC) for police and security agencies, and Dmytro Dvornyk, ICRC advisor on policy and security forces, together with Andrii Voitsikhovskyi, professor of the Department of Constitutional and International Law of the Faculty № 4, held a binary class for cadets of the Faculty № 1 on the topic "Law of Armed Conflict".
The idea of the book was born in the Communication Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine, and its author was a serviceman of the National Guard of Ukraine - Tymur Nahalevskyi. The book was published with the support of the Minister of Internal Affairs of Ukraine Ihor Klymenko and in cooperation with the Ministry of Culture and Information Policy of Ukraine.
Lecturers of the Department of Tactical and Special Physical Training of the Faculty № 3 Serhii Kuchynskyi, Volodymyr Yevtushko, Mykhailo Bambuliak, Serhii Tiahai conducted a practical binary training session at the training ground for cadets of the 103rd group of the Faculty № 4 and 204th group of the Faculty № 1. Soldiers of the Armed Forces of Ukraine shared their combat experience.
With the assistance of the Department of International Cooperation, at one of the locations of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs in Kamianets-Podilskyi, representatives of the International Committee of the Red Cross in Ukraine: Head of the ICRC sub-delegation in Lviv Lilaf Balisani (citizen of the Kingdom of Norway) and ICRC delegate for police and security Halit Bulanikli (citizen of the Republic of Turkey) conducted a training on the topic "Principles of the use of force by law enforcement agencies in accordance with international humanitarian law and international human rights law. Introduction to International Humanitarian Law".
Maryna Dzhafarova, Professor of the Department of Administrative Law and Procedure of the Faculty No. 1, together with Roman Vorobiov, Senior District Police Inspector of Lozova District Police Department of the Main Department of the National Police in Kharkiv Region, Police Captain, conducted a binary lesson for 2nd year cadets of the Faculty No. 2 on the subject "Administrative Procedure" on the topic "Proceedings in cases of administrative offenses".
Alona Komziuk, a lecturer at the Department of Administrative Law and Procedure of the Faculty № 1, Doctor of Philosophy, gave an open lecture for cadets of several groups of Faculties № 1 and № 4 on the topic "Administrative penalties and general rules for their imposition".
With the assistance of the Mayor of Chortkiv Volodymyr Shmatko and the Head of the Department of Education, Youth and Sports of Chortkiv City Council Liudmyla Polishchuk, representatives of the Faculties No. 1 and No. 4 of KhNUIA and Oleksandra Yaremko, Senior Inspector of the Selection Sector of the Selection Department of the Main Directorate of the National Police in Ternopil Oblast, met with future applicants.
