The meeting was held within the framework of cooperation between the university and Vinnytsia Regional Association of Local Self-Government Bodies. Valerii Sokurenko greeted the participants of the event, acquainted them with the activities of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs, the tasks facing the university staff, and the prospects for the development of the higher education institution.
A participant of the School of Scientific Leadership, cadet Ruslan Salohub, was selected for the scholarship program in two stages. At the first stage, he had to fill out a questionnaire, indicate his personal achievements and write a motivation letter. The next step was an interview in English with the deputy director of the Foundation's representative office.
For the students of the ERI No. 3, the lesson was conducted by Natalia Todorovska, a senior specialist-criminalist of the Criminalistics Department of the Main Department of the National Police in Vinnytsia region, together with Kateryna Penzieva, a senior lecturer at the Department of Criminalistics and Forensic Science.
In a difficult time for the country, young people understand the challenges and choose the police profession. Energetic, intelligent and motivated young men and women have entered Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs. This is their first step towards protecting their people and the state.
The head of the scientific club, Associate Professor of the Department of Language Training of KhNUIA, Candidate of Pedagogical Sciences Valentyna Kochyna held the first meeting of the scientific club for higher education students of the ERI №№ 1-5. She emphasized the importance of research work of cadets and students, participation in scientific conferences, seminars, forums, etc.
National-patriotic informational and educational talks on the occasion of the Day of Defenders of Ukraine were held by curators of the educational work of the Department of Social and Humanitarian Work of KhNUIA. They talked with the cadets of the ERI №№ 1-4 about the history of the holiday, about modern heroes - courageous, devoted defenders of the territorial integrity of our country, true patriots.
The cadet and student self-government of the ERI No. 3 visited wounded soldiers who are undergoing treatment in one of the hospitals in Vinnytsia region. The cadets expressed their support and gratitude to the heroes who defend Ukraine. They talked to the servicemen, wished them a speedy recovery, and gave them fruit and sweets.
Yevhenia Hladkova, a leading researcher at the Research Laboratory for Social and Psychological Support and Rehabilitation of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Educational and Research Institute №3, together with volunteers from the Palm of Peace Charitable Foundation, continues to help and provide humanitarian assistance to internally displaced persons.
The Head of the Department, Doctor of Law, Professor Olena Salmanova, communicating with the members of the group, outlined the prospects for the development of administrative and legal science in modern conditions, emphasized the importance and prospects of research work of higher education students.
In an active continuation of their volunteer activities, the cadets of the ERI #3 visited Agronomic Community and provided household assistance to the families of the military personnel who are defending our country in the east. The cadets note that by doing so, they express their gratitude to the defenders of Ukraine and will continue to support the families of soldiers.
